Very cozy

Rude staff when we arrived. They were about to swap shifts and I guess they were ready to go. But the shift change was spectacular the staff that night was very helpful and friendly. She made our stay perfect.

Amazing staff which started with the first person I talked to name Wendelyn.She made me feel like she was so happy to see me since we talked on the phone several days before I got there.Couldn’t wait to meet her to see the kind and very friendly person I had talked to.Everyday she greeted me with a smile and a cheerful hello.The assistant manager name Kayla was also very personal and friendly also.I felt like all the employees liked working together.Every employee would say hello.The breakfast was amazing with a large Selection to choose from—even cooked oatmeal and healthy toppings.Just like the rest of the staff Kathy who took care of the breakfast area was very friendly and kind. I didn’t need a suite but choose to stay there to surprise my daughter and grandkids who was staying there for a swim meet.Then I was happy it was a suite when I started using all that it had in it.The room was great and clean ,the bed was comfortable, couldn’t hear the tv from the room next to mine—every hotel should have the same window design because it prevented the sunshine from waking me up early in the morning.Didn’t need the Shampoo and conditioner but it was nice to have. The shower wash had a great smell and felt good on my body.The location was great also. Could drive a short distance for restaurants and shopping without all the business around the hotel and noise. Everything this hotel offered was great but what really made it great was the staff which I can say made me feel like family. Home 2 suites by Hilton in Lake Charles Louisiana was the best hotel away from home I have ever stayed at.

Breakfasts was a delight, so many options to choose from. Staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was very nice, in fact, i had a friend staying at L'berge and my room was better than theirs.

Nothing. Had a great stay

property was amazing, super clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. Had a minor problem with our ac and they sent the maintenance man in like 2 minutes and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The whole family enjoyed this stay, definitely recommend!!!

Spacious room, good location.

No hairdryer in the room. No bathmat. (I do appreciate these are things we could have called the front desk about but we were running out of time). We feel the pool could be better by adding sun loungers.

Hotel was close to a family event we were attending. Although there were dogs at this hotel. Hotel was were clean.staff was always friendly and helpful hotels have 2 very large televisions in each room.thats a plus for us

Ms Terry on the 4th floor…. was exceptionally helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure I was good for my entire stay. Thank you Ms Terry you are an awesome person

No shuttle to casino

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty good, but there were not as many hot choices as I would have liked. The omelets were cold and not under a warmer.

the breakfast. the 1st floor rooms for someone who extremely dislike elevators and the convenience of being close to casino without all hustle and bustle of staying at casino.
