Hampton Inn & Suites Morgan City

I liked the staff! They were amazing. Crystle was so sweet and pleasant! Chalone was so helpful and Kurt was very friendly. All very helpful and welcoming. I wish I had more names because I feel like everyone said hello and showed as if they really cared. Very genuine!! Asked if I needed, attentive. Pool was so clean! Everything so clean! The cookies! Breakfast was on point. Can't wait to go back. I was very pleased! 😀

I didn't love that cigarettes were allowed to be smoked so close to the entrance. But there weren't many smokers so that was ok.. However the smoke comes in and stays at the entrance and isn't welcoming for children or asthmatics or anyone of a breathing condition. There should be a designated area away from the front doors in case a large amount of smokers end up staying and make the smell over whelming.

The time i walk through the door the freshness; cleanness and the front desk services was awesome my room was very clean the breakfast was GOOD the house keeper she a very concerned leader she ask if everything was okay thats a A+ for me.cause i have stayed in hotels where ill never go back i never in my stayed at a Hampton Inn before in my life this my first time staying I LOVED IT plus i stayed and extra night i give the HAMPTON INN 💯💯💯😘 KEEP. UP THE GOOD WORK‼

It wasn't nothing that i didn't like about my stay at the Hamton Inn love my stay

Everything else. We woke up too late for breakfast so we didn't get a chance to experience that.

The high prices of the snacks the hotel provided. I paid over $6 for 3 16oz BOTTLES of water. And over $3 for a 20oz bottle of WATER. And I was in a suite. When the stand was out the television was either or (either we couldn't see the TV or my daughter in the sofa bed couldn't see it because it was on the dresser in between.

Everyone was so nice.we met so many wonders people there. The lady that worked the breakfast area was so sweet and helpful. I believe her name was Angellica! She was so charming.

Not having housekeeping everyday.

The pool, my husband and I went for the swimming pool, they keep up very well, clean as could be.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Getting charged twice for the room. Once through booking.com. And once by the hotel...

Staff very accommodating. I accidentally booked for a smoking room and they were able to change to non-smoking.

Coffee wasn’t available when we had to leave at 4am. Hall ways were extremely warm.

Located right off of the highway, good vicinity to everything.

They said they couldn’t give me my Hilton Honors points because I booked with a third party. I will take care of that!

Location. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable.

I was allergic to a cleaning solution used in the elevators. But, I am very sensitive and have allergies.

EVERYTHING was excellent,the staff was courtesy and polite. THE room was clean and well stock which i enjoy when i go to hotels.
