That the front desk lady was very helpful and friendly and she definitely explained everything very well and before checking u in she made sure that I was the right person and the information was correct.... she was a very sweet older lady she could most definitely be the one that be a manager in my opinion... I'm sorry I forgot her name but she most definitely needs a promotion...

I would say the only thing I didn't like is the loud noise outside in the parking lot and all the people and being loud when it's after 11:00 at night and there was the night I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette and all I smelt was weed is all I could smell but nothing was done about that because that lady was not on duty I would also say that housekeeping could definitely do better cleaning in the rooms and definitely the bathroom I shouldn't have to stay at a hotel where I have to clean the bathroom or fix the bed like talking about after housekeeping should have done that

The staff are so kind and go out of the way to accomodate. When we could not get back to our room before checkout, they even kept our stuff and put it away in their storage until we could go back for it

The city cops are very gung ho! They will pull you over for any reason and then go out of the way to arrest you, but will not stop to help you if you need a jump or are stranded on a dark road

It's a nice clean place and my dogs are welcome and I love the pool

The dest clerk wasn't a nice person and I felt un easy checking in like I was a problem checking in

HAD A VERY PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE AND PLACE FOR DOGS TO GO DO THEIR BUSINESS. HAD A VERY NICE POOL, BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE KIDS IN THE POOL AREA. ROOM WAS ROOMY FOR HANDICAPPED, LARGE BATHROOM FOR HANDICAPPED.

THEY TOOK OUR TOWELS AND BED LINENS. BROUGHT BACK THE TOWELS AND NO BED LINENS. I HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK TO GET MY BED LINENS DAILY. KIDS RAN RAMPED IN THE POOL AREA NO SUPERVISION AND UNRULY, THEY DID NOT MIND AT ALL, ONE ALMOST DROWNED.

Comfort

Was not made aware that I would be charged a 30 dollar fee after check in even tho I had put arrival time at three am and arrived at 4:30 am . Called and they said it was fine . Then when I got there they charged 30 dollars for early arrival according to thier policy that was early because arrival time is at 3 pm

The room was clean which was a very big plus for me,

No breakfast. And checkout was at 11instead of noon

They had a pool. In the room they had refrigerator and microwave. Very Clean. Beds was very comfortable.

Was very Happy with the room and the stay there.

It was close to everything

People were very nice, the room was clean, parking was very convenient for my truck and trailer,

Everything is very clean and my dogs are welcome
