Super 8 by Wyndham Natchitoches

I've stayed at this property on quite a few occasions over about 15 years. It is convenient and affordable for me. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me.

I needed two rooms with one of them being non-smoking, and got my confirmation just to learn that only smoking rooms were available through this program. However, i got a call from the property to tell me that only one room was confirmed. The desk clerk was very helpful in getting me checked into a nonsmoking room that still fit my budget, but I was already traveling so this could have been a big problem due to smoke allergies!

The Moron that was yelling on the phone telling us he cancelled our reservation for nonpayment. Which was a lie. I think he/she needs to take customer service or anger management classes.

Can't remember his name I think he just started working there the guy was nice and helpful.

Always having a problem with the socket near the hair dryer for my curling iron it always comes out when I get ready to use it.

Location was good and staff was great! Room was a little outdated but still cozy and comfortable!

It was a little out dated but overall I give it a 10/10!

Our room smelled like smoke.The app kept telling us smoking room even though I kept saying non smoking. In the end I though I was able to get a no smoking room, but got there and it as a smoking room. Told the lady at the front desk she said if we were leaving the room for a bit she could spray something that would get the smoke out. We were leaving to see Christmas light phoned her came back to a room that was smoke free! Very pleased. Hotel outdated but perfect for the night!

The shower pressure was great and the water stayed hot.

The key card use was a little confusing, the rooms are cramped, the hallway was hot so it was harder to cool the room, and there is hardly no breakfast besides a choice of 2 types of muffins and 2 types of juice.

Good location.

Breakfast was 1 small muffin and small juice per person. They could have easily given us 2 of the small juices and 2 small muffins per person. Not a complaint, just a suggestion to hold until we felt like going to breakfast later that morning.

Room was clean. Facility was quiet and Overnight gentleman working the front counter was very professional.

It was in disrepair beds were hard and small for tall people only one person could fit in there really. Nit great for a family of four.

It was close by the college

The air didn’t work well it was very hot also they didn’t clean it good had left over food from other guess in refrigerator also didn’t have all amenities in the room
