I really liked the concept! It is an opportunity to meet new people. The room was super nice and clean and one could open the window, not common in hotel in US. The way how one can prepare its own breakfast is amazing.

The only thing is that it is a bit far from downtown and would need to take the bus or taxi or uber. However the neighborhood is very nice and there is a nice caffe near by.

It was nice it was quite peaceful like I like it the facilities have a lot of qualities that a traveler would love to be in the view the scenery it was all around accommodations I love it

I will tell anybody if they wanted to get a suite a hotel motel or any facility to lay down and enjoy their self while they're out on a vacation this would be the spot

Super clean, ideally located within NOLA, beautiful designed and decorated, and staff that goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable – what more could you ask for? Rooms are minimal and clean with super comfortable bedding. The entire place is brand new, so everything was sparkling and well taken care of. Art throughout the hotel was tasteful and attractive. Big windows with lots of light (but great shades to block it out when you want to nap). No noise at all. The location is great – located on Magazine, there's a whole bunch of restaurants, bars, and cute places to shop literally down the street. We took an Uber to Bourbon St. to be a part of the madness on a Saturday night, and the ride was short and cheap. I'd like to give a special shout out to our host, Walker, who was extremely gracious, immensely helpful, and an absolute stellar human being. Thanks for everything, dude.

Its location on Magazine St is ideal. It is new and very clean, and the staff--what little I saw, it has very minimal staff, by design I think--were very friendly.

I'm not sure about the whole communal kitchen thing. Make your own coffee with the Keurig-on-steroids machine and drink it in our mugs, help yourself to anything in the fridge, use our utensils, etc. is great in theory. During COVID, not so much. I'm also unsure how selfless people will be when given free rein on kitchen items and how long it will remain clean and well-stocked.

Everything ! This hotel is mind blowing ! It was a huge surprise arriving there : the main room makes you feel at home. accessible (breakfast) food 24/7 in the fridge. very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and efficient. 5 stars given to this hotel. I’ll come back !

Nothing. I remember it was a bit pricy, but it totally worth it

Location was great! The food they had out was also nice. There’s not a front desk but I found it nice that you have a key code and can just check yourself in. They responded quickly when I needed more towels. Room was comfortable and clean.

Room was a little small and no fridge or TV in the room but there is a general fridge in the lobby.

very clean room was a good size. bed and pillows were comfortable

there wasn’t a TV. I like to have it for noise and there isn’t an actual closet or any drawers to store your stuff. did have a small place to hang a couple of outfits

Minimalist aesthetic with well-considered detailing, rooms were spacious with high ceilings and just the right size windows. Lobby was sunny and filled with carefully chosen modern furniture and an interesting collection of artwork. Small detail - there was a bedside table/platform for all four sides of two queen beds 💯

A little too much noise transmission from other rooms and street noise - otherwise great

Love the lobby for visiting. Other guests were fun to visit with.

There was no breakfast but one day some very nice coffee cake was available. Room has no TV and we missed our daily news fix. Poor hanging capabilities - no closet.

This is exactly what I was looking for when I stay away. Communal kitchen a clean room with no tv and clean bathroom with excellent toiletries. I love this place and will definitely stay here again.

The shower head was the only thing I wasn’t a fan of but I was still able to shower.
