The staff member was nice and informant when I checked in that night. Smoothest check-in I have ever had.

The ac unit in the room was very clearly dated. while the room was comfortable, the unit was unable to keep up with the set temperature. The room did not get has cold as I would have liked as it was very hot outside.

The hotel is right off I-49 and within walking distance to a few fast food options. You are not too far from downtown or Youree Dr. (a major street in Shreveport). The staff is friendly. Standard breakfast fair for a Choice Hotel, though they did have sausage and egg biscuits and microwave, so that was nice. Did not check it out, but they appeared to have a decent fitness area.

The hotel seemed like it was recently renovated, but there were still a few places that could have been cleaner. (It wasn't so dirty as to be scary.) The hotel has no vacancies when I arrived, so I'm sure that they could take advantage of that. It wasn't a bad hotel, but I've stayed in better places in Shreveport for the amount I paid. I tried this one because it was only 10 minutes from where I was going to be all weekend. I would not object to staying there again, but it would not be my first choice.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Convenient and quiet location, clean room for a fair price.

The TV and or cable network paused slightly from time to time watching any program. I can't give a review about the internet as I did not use the service.

Kinda of out of the way from where we needed to be. Was a little hot . The air was not cooling the room very good.

So...the staff was awesome! The room had a funky smell that was so bad we couldn't breathe! Not sure if it was musty, urine, or something else. Our room had a big hole in the wall ...also the rug had not been vacuumed long blonde hair was everywhere....my husband wore socks on his feet and his socks were covered with blonde hair!! For $149.00 bucks I was gravely disappointed! The only 2 positive things I can say we're the staff was awesome and there were NO bedbugs!!!!!

I enjoy my stay and was able to get a room on the first floor and when I go back I would like another room on the first floor Thanks

a little run down but it was clean. the staff was indifferently and not that welcoming. very lower middle class place, but the price and location was good.

I liked that the handicapped accessible room was very close to the desk and other amenities. The room was comfortable and very accessible. Breakfast was American style and had lots of variety. Staff was very helpful. Location was right next to I-49 and other major roadways, which made it easy to get in and out of.

I like everything about the hotel everyone there was really friendly I felt like I was at home.

The only thing I didn't like was there was not enough breakfast to choose from that's it.
