The breakfast was excellent. Chef Alton Johnson was very pleasant and greeted me every morning with a smile. He thanked me everytime and said he would see me tomorrow.

This trip and stay was everything to me. The guest service was over the top and I will stay here everytime I come home. There were 3 young ladies that took very good care of me. Ebony was definitely on her A game. There were 2 other ladies that I can't remember by name. One of the ladies was bright completed with braids and the other was chocolate and slim with braids. These 3 ladies made my stay more enjoyable. Their customer service was impressive and I will never forget. I will always choose the Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn because of them. Please share this with them and tell them hello from me.

The room was clean and had great ac! Had to get up and turn down the air because it got so cold. The sheets smelled freshly cleaned and the beds were comfortable and tall. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

The lobby was quiet warm compared to the room. I felt bad for the workers. The elevator was also dirty inside like the floor hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

The breakfast was perfect, great variety, hot and fresh. Couldn’t ask for a better staff, they greeting us with nothing but the upmost respect made us feel as if we were still at home in Arkansas. I would definitely stay again😍

The water in the pool seemed grimmy but then again it were a outside pool.

The new girl that was working nights was so helpful. Help us find a place to go eat - helped out with directions. We didn't have enough towels or wash rags in room got us more. Very pleasant and willing to help.

Oatmeal for breakfast was over cooked and tasted like glue. Cinnamon rolls were awesome. The man running the kitchen had everything clean and keep everything filled. All the food was warm like it should be. He made some awesome coffee.

The person at the front desk was very nice even though it was 3:30am. The room was spacious, actually 2 rooms with TVs in both. It was quiet, we didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The AC worked well in both rooms. The king bed was super comfortable, clean and new looking linens, comforter and pillows. Even the pull out bed was big and comfortable.

I wish we'd had towel service each day. Other than that everything was fine.

The location was convenient and parking was very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We unfortunately ran into a small inconvenience with our room, but it was promptly and professionally taken care of

The halls were quiet. The room was nice and clean.

The check-in says 3:00 pm. I got there around 2:30 pm but, my room (a suite) was still not ready at 4:00 pm. They had only one clean-up person at the time. I settled for a regular room (disappointed).

just what I needed for a one night stay. the room was cold as i like it and cleaned. dove soap/shampoo in the bathroom!

the location sucks. i heard the cars passing on the road ALL night, even over my box fan and the AC! never happened before.

The beds were awsome. The breakfast was grand. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The double beds we asked for on booking.com was then a single. The Hilton across the way would not try and accommodate us. We were set to sleep in chairs or on the floor if necessary. Because I could not reach booking.com for help. Not the first time y'all got my reservation wrong but may be the last.

It was nice and convenient. I loved it was close to everything and affordable.

I don't have nothing I didn't like. The staff was great the breakfast was awesome. The only thing went wrong was I didn't have any hot water in my second day when the hotel was full.
