This is the second time I have stayed at this location. It was just as awesome as I remember. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Our kids(4 & 1), loved the breakfast and the pool. During the day we visited Sci-Port and the Aquarium, and the drive was not that bad. Sound the corner are tons of shopping centers and food places to choose from( Superior is five minutes away). Have stayed in other hotels/casinos in the area and this one by far has been the most pleasant. We will be back. Home 2 suites is now what I look for when booking a hotel.

There was nothing that I disliked about our stay.

I travel a lot and have stayed at countless hotels, I found you facilities to be the best. Everyone was friendly. If I requested anything, it was handled immediately. I saw cleaning being done all day. That let me know you cares about the health and safety of your guests. I want the whole staff to know this and to say Thank you to everyone I encountered.

The floors are slightly slippery when the dishwasher is on from the steam. I placed a towel down and it worked fine keeping the area dry. This issue to me is minor.

VERY welcoming staff. Lakisha texted me after check in to make sure our room was good. Lady in charge of breakfast so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting with her. Room was spacious and clean. Accommodations are perfect.

Very nice hotel, had full breakfasts unlike most we have stayed at. Room was very well appointed with a mini kitchen and table. Bathroom modern and clean as well.

Room smelled like spoiled milk or something. It is pet friendly place maybe one left its marks somewhere. Only one elevator was working and fire alarms are malfunctioning. They were beeping constantly in the lobby.

Loved the location, the service was spectacular..its definitely a home away from home!!

Mr Donald and a couple of the ladies(don’t recall names) were the shining stars of this hotel

We never knew if our room would get serviced. we stayed for a month and understood some services were on request but that system is very flawed. We had to usually request a change of towels and the bed linens were never changed or made without seeking someone out to make a request.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and full of energy!! The rooms was spacious and clean. My daughter loved the pool. The beds was comfortable and the shower water pressure was right on point! I can go on and on but overall our stay was amazing!

Everything was great!!

It’s a superb new hotel + terrific staff! The only downsides were 1) it was tough (super heavy; not easy/natural) opening the room door and 2) a happy but super-loud child on my floor woke me with a startle soooo early this morning and then never got back to sleep. Oops!

rooms were clean , size of the room was good and price was good for a family of five. parking was easy and lots of space

breakfast was ok’ish. we have stayed at other home 2 suites before and this one had the poorest choice and least variety of menu items on the breakfast. some of the supplies like jams, honey were old and solidified in those packets. one of yoghurts was all solid. saw flies on the plates under the deck. that means they don’t restock the stuff and clean that area quiet regularly. rooms were super clean though
