accessible room is 1st floor, close to entrance & ice, breakfast & laundry which means I don’t have to leave my disabled husband alone for long. loved the complementary laundry facilities !!! staff warm, welcoming & very responsive to any & all concerns.

my hubby is 6’2” & post-stroke with motor disability. the only chairs in the room are a comfy but low to ground upholstered chair & a rolling desk chair. I do not have a vehicle to bring his power wheelchair that we use at home. usually stay here but had to stay at Hampton in once when couldn’t get a room at BW; they had a high firm sofa in the room with small pullover table that worked really well, but their accessible room is upstairs & down a long hall🥴… and we like the BW.

Upgrade over most motels. Although the milk may have been soured near our departure date. But otherwise, I haven't enjoyed chex cereals at any other motel. Yea! The free meatloaf meal on our arrival date was a most pleasant and greatly appreciated surprise. Way to go! We checked in and the maid left us be for the entire duration of out stay. Thank you. The room was very clean and we left her a nice tip.

The price was as an excellent value considering there it had great? Easy to navigate road access off of a major interstate, it was two blocks or so from several big box stores and other retail businesses, close to several food options chain, the bed was AMAZING and the breakfast was completely way more than I'd ever expected. I was very impressed by that. My son and I will be in the area a few times a year and I think this hotel has earned another visit. 😁

The hotel was comfortable and quiet with no disturbances from other guests. The refrigerator worked well. I didn't try the microwave. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the cups and lids for coffee to go.

I could hear the guest in the room above walking around, so the floors are not well isolated for sound. The hotel was fine but seemed costly compared with other Best Westerns that I've stayed in on this trip. There were always smokers right outside the front door of the hotel.

cost has gone up like everything. we have to stay in handicap accessible room now when we go to visit our aging moms who live in DeQuincy & Westlake so it’s about $1K weekend with gas & hotel 😵‍💫

Everything for the 12 hours I was there. Favorite part... the bed. The mattress was amazing and the pillows, while small, were way better than the ones I'd had the night before.

Didn’t have breakfast but plenty restaurants around so went out for breakfast. Room was upgraded free of charge. Staff very friendly.

Rooms felt roomy, had microwave and coffee maker in room. Hotel and rooms felt very clean and staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was very well stocked with plenty of options.

Beds were a little hard and didn't have much support. Pillows were flat. TV didn't have option to buy movies. Cable channels were lacking. Button for "up" on elevator was broken.

Accessible room right off lobby on first floor! We’ve often had to take long meandering walks Thru halls to get to accessible rooms NOT on first floor and praying we would never have to evacuate in a fire?!? Adds stress to a challenging life as caregiver!! This sweet hotel is not huge, very clean, nice Grab & Gi breakfasts and excellent adherence to Covid protocols. A non-smoking facility but would be nice if smokers had a small patio to go to that is not at the front entrance. This will be our new go-to when we make trips back to La to visit family! Thanks for making a lovely stay affordable.
