Great location, great staff, spacious room, comfortable bed.

The shower was super small and the water pressure was horrible. I feel like the price we paid for those 2 nights, we could of at least got a decent size tub and better shower head. Also the walls are very thin. When people leave their rooms, the door slams very hard and woke me up at 4 am.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. I had touch points with three front desk and the catering lady at breakfast. Everyone had a smile for me as we walked through the property. It might have helped that I had a cute dog on a leash. Breakfast was excellent. Most hotels serving breakfast now are not worth the value. The layout was wide open and convenient, not confined and claustrophobic. Warm soft, perfectly cooked eggs with sausage. The other hot items looked very good as well. The coffee was very good. The 2 queen room was larger than expected. It was clean and very well stocked with linen and ample packets of coffee. Comfortable beds! We loved the noon check out. Our previous night stay required an early 9am checkout!

The only downside was the close proximity to the highway. The property is on a small strip between an interstate by-way and another busy street. We arrived late around 9pm after a hard 10 hour drive. Had we not been exhausted I worried the traffic would have kept us awake. But the comfortable beds helped us get a good rest.

The room was very clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious!!

The hotel was being remodeled and a couple times the materials being used had a strong odor but it is understandable during s renovation.

Rooms too small . The beds were too high , I had to climb in. The bathroom too small . You had to go beside the commode to close the door.

Excellent breakfast selections were available.

The shuttle service to the casino was not consistent. More information needs to be given to guests on availability. I was told that flight crews staying at the property needed the shuttle during the time guests were promised.

They were replacing carpet in first floor hallway but it didn’t disturb anything just saw concrete floor with roll of carpet waiting to be replaced.

the staff was courteous and friendly, the lady named Leia was very helpful in getting us checked in by having a room ready a little bit prior to normal check in. this was really nice after we had driven six plus hours getting there.

Great location. Close to restaurants, a shopping center, and literally 1 mile from the casinos the Golden Nugget & L’Auberge. Staff was very nice and polite. Very friendly! Beds were incredible. Adjustable shower head felt wonderful once I got it just right. Free breakfast was simple but satisfying. Had other amenities but we only stayed a night. Must come again!

It was explained to us that there was some renovations going on and we understood it couldn’t be helped. So although some parts didn’t look the best but it was very temporary.

The hotel is still under construction from the hurricane. Only one elevator was working.
