Even though we had a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds they gave our room away. Had to put us in a king room with sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was thin and smaller than a queen bed so one kid slept with us in the king and one on sofa bed. There were no linens in the room for sofa bed..when asked for some at desk we were given a fitted and flat sheet and a pillow. The fitted sheet had blood on it..even looked like fresh blood and no kind of blanket or comforter..the room was cold. Thankfully we had a blanket in out car. I do like this hotel I just think if someone has reservation then don't give their room away. Yes we checked in late we were at the LSU game with our daughter who is in the band.

The waffles were the industry good standard as expected. This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever met, helps mask the atrocious fitness center. The rooms are very clean which make up for the out dated bathroom that has scratches and dents in the tub. Again I cannot say enough about the staff, I would definitely stay there again, even if the hotel needs renovated.

The weight room/ fitness center is an embarrassment, lacking quality equipment.

Check in was a breeze. We were greeted by a big smile and a warm welcome. The room was spacious and immaculate. Same goes for the bathroom. The location off the highway was perfect. Close but absolutely no highway noise. I'd stay here 10 out of 10 times when traveling through the Baton Rouge area.

The lady that was the front desk, was super helpful, very nice, and was always smiling. The room was large and spacious for having a disabled person with us. The pool was clean as was the entire rest of the hotel. My daughter moved to that area, so we plan on staying there everytime. Should have picked you guys first, we had to leave a hotel a day early because it was dirty and Very unsanitary. Couldn't be anymore happier.

Nothing bad to say at all. The entire stay there was wonderful.

I believe this La Quinta is the newest and the best located. Other’s la quinta are old. I loved the breakfast, good variety and free!

People with pets. I mean there were people that don’t know how to behave. Next door doggie was barking everyday at 5.30am to go to the toilet. One day I saw dog poo in the hallway carpet. Seems the owners didn’t care about cleaning.

The staff were incredibly nice. Especially the evening front desk lady.

The parking was awful. It was such an oddly shaped lot and people were parked under the awning so unloading vehicles was near impossible under the covered awning. it was weird because there were no parking lines there but there were cars parked there our entire stay.

it has everything you really need, nice and clean room and facilities. I went walking for a dinner next to the hotel when a storm caugh me in the middle, i came back to hotel soo wet, but when Mrs. receptionist saw me in the camera, she run to bring me towels. that was very nice of her!

It was the perfect location for us. Super clean and staff was very nice and professional. The guest we ran into were super nice as well. We’ll be back soon.

Marjorie. Apologies if the name is spelled incorrectly but I believe her name was Marjorie, the front desk person. She was the most friendly, welcoming and most helpful person I have ever experienced anywhere I have stayed. After such a long drive it makes a difference to arrive somewhere nice and feeler welcomed. Hotel was comfortable and clean and good location.

The staff was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed! Clean rooms, great Wifi, would definitely stay there again!
