The rooms were huge and the pool looked nice but we did not use it. The staff were awesome and that made up for the few little things that were not. It was very laid back and casual and I have no complaints. We would definitely stay again.

The website is inaccurate. The trolleys do not stop at the property but the closest stop is a 5 min walk. No info was given on breakfast or where to find it and the office seems to close from 9pm - 9am so we could not ask until they opened. Then again, I could have asked at checkout too. Rooms are huge and beds are comfortable but small. Not really good for two people. These are just little things and I still loved this place and would stay there again.

I've stayed here many times before but haven't been on vacation since I had my 5 year old. I was a bit worried things had gotten worse (it was always kind of outdated) when I was reading reviews. You can tell they have started to do updates on some of the rooms. The one we stayed in was much nicer than my previous stays. New floors, new beds, and linen. They aren't perfect updates, but it was clean and cute. The pool is very well maintained. You can't beat the value and the staff was very polite!

Everything was great like the new beds, the area peaceful and quiet it’s close to restaurants and couple minutes from the beach I would recommend individual to come and enjoy the beauty of this facility with there family friends etc.

There wasn’t nothing here for me to dislike everything was great. Staff are great. They ensure you get whatever you desire so there’s nothing for me to not like

Stayed at the hotel for few days. I had no problem . Room was clean, no smell, hot and cold water, pool was warm and clean, small room but comfortable. The AC works great. Location is perfect. Planning to stay again next year.

Shower was awesome. Lots of pressure. Breakfast was bananas, apples, bagels/bread/toast, pastries, juices and coffee. Staff at reception was excellent, courteous and had everything ready for our late arrival at 9pm and 11pm. Clean sheets and clean towels. WiFi worked very well. TV and phone worked too. Dog friendly! A MAJOR plus!! Would definitely recommend. Will stay again.

The bed was not overly comfortable on our first nights' stay but was excellent on our second nights stay It would be nice to have more variety for breakfast Weird odor in the room on the first night...not a dirty odor but a different odor that we didn't accustom to. Second nights stay was excellent with no unknown odors.

The staff we great! I loved our housekeeper. Sue..she is easy to approach, her service is swift and accurate. She made the smaller than expected rooms well worth it.

The breakfast wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. There were ants in our room, but as a mother of many children I know how ants are. The bathroom is really the only real complaint the toilet seat was cheat and slide when sat on and the bathroom was too small for anyone to actually get dressed in. the shower wasn't much to look at but the water pressure was amazing. Everything was clean.

While checking in, it was a hot day.. I was stuck in traffic on a motocycle and overheating. Clerk comped a soda, got me checked in right away, and offered pool access before checking in. Great customer service

There was a large desk making a small space to get passed to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, great room

Did not have time for breakfast. Loved that u had heated pool and tennis courts. Was fine for our travel layover. We appreciate the good air conditioning, excellent mattress, coffee maker and supplies. Shower supplies. Thank you very much. Would stay again. Price is high but I understand the seasonal nature and upkeep.

Tennis court needs weeded. Tom was stuffy until air turned on but it was clean. The floor may have been sandy from our own shoes. I'm not sure. We did not know how to access the beach for parking or walking.

The beds were comfortable and the location of the room on the property was convenient. The bedspreads could be updated.

There is no designated spot to smoke...perhaps none allowed at all on this property so we sat in our car. Also we were unable to lock our sliding door so we put a chair against it. And the tv didn't work only the volume, no picture.

I arrived late and my key was taped to the lobby door, so I got to my room quickly and loved that. The room was spacious and everything was fine. Close to Ogunquit with lots of restaurants nearby.

It was loud until past 11pm with kids playing basketball outside. Also, the breakfast started late so I didn't have a chance to try it.
