I always choose to stay in small cozy inns because I love how detailed they are and how the atmosphere makes you feel like home, yet somehow this hotel made me feel that exact way. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet, the effort they put on the breakfast is very much appreciated (everything was delicious, from the homemade blueberry jam, to the omelets, to the red velvet pancakes), the pool was clean and its temperature was perfect, the rooms were neat and included microwave and fridge which is also awesome and not many hotels do. Overall everything was amazing and I want to thank the staff for such an amazing service❤️ I would hands down recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location was very convenient. We grabbed some amazing pizza for dinner from the market right next door. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. We could barely hear other guests in other rooms or in the halls. Loved the idea of the soaps and body washes in the shower. Pool was clean, accessible and well stocked with towels, swim diapers and seating. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Snack bar was well stocked for our little guests. Breakfast was tasty and had a large variety of items.

We were incredibly impressed with the hotel and its value. The only comment we had was the pool echoed a lot. It could be very loud with a lot of kids.

After reading the great reviews about the Hampton Inn at Kennebunkport I decided to book with them. It may have been my best decision about accommodations that I have made in a long time. I could not believe how clean and nice the entire facility was, like it had just had a new makeover. The staff was from when we checked in to when we checked out so friendly and nice they really made our stay special. I would definitely recommend staying at this Hampton Inn and will definitely stay there again when I go back up to Maine.

There is nothing that I can say that I didn’t like about the property., Maybe that it needed a better sign out front to turn into the hotel.

convenience and ability to actually get a reservation in peak summer travel. The breakfast was plentiful (eggs, meat, multiple breads and muffins and such, yogurts, fruit, cereals -you name it,) and very well prepared. The kitchen staff even came out with hot scones and delievered them to guests' tables at one point. I arrived on Friday early evening and took advantage of the indoor pool which was a good temperature to swim in and there were plenty of clean towels available afterwards. I saw - but did not use - the fitness center though there were other people using it. It looks clean and spacious and well equipped. My room was equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker and small refrigerator, which to me are great things to have when car traveling. The bed was very comfortable - and even the pillows were comfortable! The bathroom was sparkling and had a huge walk-in shower - very roomy and comfortable to move around in. The lobby area was stocked with coffee and hot water (for teas) all day and some apples were always available There was also a small convenience "store" area where one could buy snacks and goodies and - this was a good surprise - even microwaveable dinner options like small pizzas, and mac&cheese, etc. So, if you miss dinner or need a midnight pizza........ I chose to eat in the Kennebunk Landing area, hoping to find a favorite Thai restaurant open --and it was! Delicious dinner. And the dinner area I see had been well spaced since the last time I was there pre heavy pandemic time. I did desert at the very popular Dairy Bar as usual.

Well, for me - I thought there'd be a lot more mask wearing. Coming off chemo, I have to be very careful, and I thought that the website indicated mask wearing as important. Maybe I read something eslewhere. But I'm sure that I read somewhere about sustainability, so I was shocked that I had to eat that plentiful breakfast with plastic forks, knives and spoons. If one abandons the mask wearing, then one can certainly start using real utensils to start to help our country and Maine (we want to keep it beautiful and not filled with waste that never goes away,) start dealing with our climate and plastics problems.

Location. Quiet and easy access to highway to get into Portland and avoid Route 1. Able to bypass all the crazy tourist traffic on the coast. Room was spacious. Plenty of parking.

Not enough tables in the breakfast area. Pillows were too soft and bed a little too hard for my personal liking. AC unit was very noisy when it kicked on and it would wake us up.

The hotel was clean and has an upscale look without the upscale price tag. Many amenities made it a comfortable stay.

If I had to give one criticism (which isn’t a major one at all) it would be the sliding barn door to the bathroom. It served it purpose I guess but it was a bit awkward to have a slight crack as it couldn’t fully close or lock. This detail would NOT impede me from booking at this property in the future.

Staff were all CONSISTENTLY WONDERFUL!!! Extremely nice, friendly and very helpful. They were all just lovely; it was obvious that everyone enjoyed their job and wanted to make sure their guests were happy.

NOTHING, was wonderful experience from beginning to end. We planned on staying just a few nights; it was such a friendly, happy place that we ended up staying a week

I really l iked the fact that there was a nice dog walking area around the hotel! Great for people travelling with their dogs. I also liked the shower gel and lotion a lot. Nice products!

The bathroom floor could have been cleaner - should use better cleaning products - enzymatic cleaner with essential oils for example. Also the area behind the bed, could / should be cleaner.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was painless. The lady who checked us in was very efficient, and she had everything ready for us.

It’s a little on the pricey side, but it comes with breakfast, so I suppose it evens out a bit.

The cleanliness and welcoming nature of the staff was more than expected. We were impressed with the accommodations and the breakfast was very fresh as far as what we might typically find in a buffet style. Robin in the kitchen and her Red Velvet Waffles gave us a great start to our day.
