Great location and great views, secluded area but close to town and the harbor. Very friendly and helpful staff, great amenities- swimming pool, kayaks, boats, docks for fishing and swimming, very good food at the restaurant and full breakfast included

Room was freshly updated but could use a better cleaning. Also very little flat screen TV and no place to sit in the room, except for one armchair - it would be nice to have a small table with a couple of chairs or a couch The whole resort was pretty dark at night- very few lights across the place

Beautiful views outside of the main section of town. Food and drinks at the restaurant were very good as was the buffet breakfast. Pool is large and deep with spectacular views of the bay.

Bed slightly uncomfortable. Lack of seating available within our room, only one small chair so I had to sit on the bed if we spent anytime in the room. Room was large enough to accommodate a small seating area.

Motel type basic furnishings, no place in room for unpacking suitcases, one chair per room, rooms not properly soundproofed, minimal plastic bathtub without hand shower, limited menu for dinner with food that did not taste fresh. Breakfast though was much better than dinner!

Loved that the paddle boards and kayaks were included to use at anytime. The Adirondack chairs facing the water in various places on the resort were precious. The pool on the ocean, even to use off season was perfect to sit around during a fall day. Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from! Beautiful place with nice friendly staff!

10am checkout vs 11 am. Juts that extra hour makes a big difference. Wish they had coffee available during the day, they take it away when breakfast ends. There is a keurig in the room but no mugs or coffee pods. These are little things, the rest of everything else was perfect for us!

This is a lovely spot. It feels a little like you stepped back in time. Love the common dining room. The views are amazing and the oceanside salt water pool is so cool. We loved sitting on our deck and the sunrise was amazing. We had one meal at the restaurant that was also good. We were pleased to see they had a kids camp as well and many boats avaliable for the guests. Overall, just a wonderful place.

I'm sure they posted it on the listing but we were surprised the room had no AC. There was a fan, but you had to sleep with the doors completely open to have any airflow and there are no curtains to block the doorways/light. The view is lovely but for some people this may be an issue.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were amazing. They had kayaks, canoes and sail boats available. It was very clean. They had a heated pool and plenty of outdoor seating choices. Our room was huge. It had a separate living room.

The bed was too firm. The resturant was too expensive. We would have eaten there if it was more reasonable and toned down fare.

SUCH a beautiful resort! It felt private in my quarters, while feeling like a true community around the resort in common areas. Clean, comfortable and really all-inclusive!

My cottage was SO cute! I just wish the window was mirrored. I loved having a wide open view of outside, but wish others would not be able to see in so easily. It unfortunately meant we had to keep the shades closed and ruin our view!

The location was beautiful. Property well maintained. Breakfast buffet outstanding. View from waterfront units just perfect

Accidentally had circuit breaker off our first night and we froze without heat. Fixed first thing in the morning and all was good

-Staff was exceptional in providing terrific customer service in all respects. young man in particular at front desk was amazing at check-in and check out. Very very customer service oriented. -complimentary breakfast was full and delicious. -accomodations were very nice and comfortable.

Beautiful location, room was spacious and comfortable. We had a separate living room with couch and chair. Were grateful to have a mini fridge in the room. Dining room was lovely, views of the ocean, and there was a separate game room with a fireplace which was amazing at night.

Nothing
