Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and renovated. Parking was easy. Its a standard hotel for a couple of days stay. It's maybe nothing fancy, but its's a nice and solid hotel on the points that matter. It is close to many attractions in the area between Portland and Acadia park. The price cant be beat. Its nice to get this kind of hotel that is convenient t0o the highway, and doesn't cost 3x to 4x as much.

I always like a bit of an expanded breakfast, including doughnut bacon/sausage and omelets. The breakfast area was fine, but could use a little improvement.

Nice, clean place, spacious room, friendly stuff! I don't know why they have bad reviews - after reading them, I had concerns, but it was a great experience. Maybe they went through a renovation since the bad reviews..? Everything was clean and modern looking, the bed was comfy, didn't hear anything from the other rooms. The staff was super friendly and they were happy to see my dog (for a $20/night fee)

The breakfast is forgettable.

A nice breakfast area. This is a nice place to stay while en route to your final destination. Like all other places in this area, the price is high compared to a couple years ago (we have stayed here several times over the last 20 years). You get what you expect; a simple but nice breakfast, comfortable room, quite part of town.

It was exactly what I expected, and served as a great place to stay after arriving on a plane in Portland, and nicely located for the getting to other places in central Maine, or to see any of the attractions in the bath/Brunswick area.

Clean, convenient and staff were wonderful! Breakfast was good.

Room was damp possibly just from the heat and condensation from air conditioner. Sonny came to our room immediately and worked with it. He cleaned the filters and put it all back together. It was so much quieter after that as well! He was so kind and courteous the whole time! It was still damp after that but will just blame that on the xtreme heat!!

Very quiet, and we were near the lobby on the first floor. Nice staff, and breakfast bar was well maintained with sufficient choices. A bit more hanging space for clothes in the room would be good, but a very nice stay.

New renovations left door frame to room with a gap against the jamb closure. Visible to hallway at bottom. Just a bad job by their contractors. (Locking mechanism was fine, though, and there was no noise issue.) Room had a tile floor, which was fine, but some spots needed a better cleaning. These were minor concerns, however.

The staff was great, very comfortable beds and a real good breakfast. Love waffles and fruit!! Great having a fridge and microwave.

A little expensive after all the taxes and fees

Staff friendly and helpful, easy access to all roads, convenient to local amenities. It suited our requirements adequately for the short stay we required.

The window in our room was damaged and could not be secured, it was held closed by a piece wood which meant when we had a heavy rainstorm one day the rain came in through this gap causing a large puddle on the floor which was dealt with very efficiently when reported to the management. They were very apologetic.

Our stay was very pleasant. Room clean and felt very comfortable. Desk staff very pleasant even very late at night when we arrived.My only error was not inquiring about military discount when we arrived as we were very tired and didn't think about it until we were leaving. Otherwise I have no complaints and would stay again.

Great desk staff, clean, comfortable spaces. Thoughtful placement of family rooms (across the hall from one another). The usual cold breakfast offerings plus make-your-own waffles. Well located near the highway, but back enough to be quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

A little pricey for what it is, but I guess those are the times.

The staff was very helpful in terms of giving us directions and getting us settled, offering a room on either the first or second floor. This is a very convenient location for both the highway and Maine Street Brunswick.

Sound proofing....we could hear our neighbors through the walls, but using the fan drowned out their noise.
