The layout and location were perfect. Our king with kitchenette was located on the end of the building, with a grassy area off the end. We had our own private porch. The room was spacious and homey for our 3 night stay. The staff was so wonderful! Friendly, accommodating, helpful. I called a couple of days ahead to ask about refrigeration space and they were extremely helpful, before and during.

There wasn't really anything to complain about. The place is not in pristine condition but was certainly well kept.

The location is good and the staff is friendly. All the things inside the room such as fridge, AC, television were all in good condition. The microwave is awesome too and they’re very professional.

There were lots of people who are technicians pro alt construction workers who used the hotel, tha lt scared me a little. Also there was no vehicle provision or like a taxi which passengers who didn’t drive could use. This is not good enough at all.

It had everything you could want: large fridge with freezer for my ice packs, microwave and coffee maker that were easy to use, hair dryer, iron and board, and especially a small table near sink to put things on. Lots of hot water. Screen door for nice breeze. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Electric outlets conveniently placed. All at a great price, with a good breakfast, even.

The breakfast, although heavy on the carbs, was superior to most free breakfasts at accommodations in this price range. Good variety of hot and cold cereals, plenty of fresh fruit, and a waffle maker. Assorted bagels, cream cheese and English muffins. Some yogurt would have been nice, but everything they did have was very good quality. They were nice about letting us bring our breakfast back to the room too.

My only issue was that the microwave in the room didn't work. The office person offered to help, but we were on our way out so we declined.

that my son and his wife were next door in room #140 and that room had lots of issues and should not be used until renovated properly, however, the front desk did refund $100 back to him for the issues he encountered and that was appreciated

Location and first level pleasant customer service cost was equal to quality.

Better handicap accessable would be nice. Maybe a room or two with actual ramp to easily in out with walker or chair. Grateful the steps were low and few.

The breakfast was carb heavy but typical. The facilities were roomy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a good place to stay it has a kitchenette and the room was very roomy. The beds were cozy.

The orange juice wasn’t good and I wasn’t able to get breakfast because the area wasn’t big enough, other customers overcrowded the area when I tried to get breakfast.

location, space of parking, room doors do not close automatically I hate those so hard to move luggage through. good breakfast! Nice shower and staff. Near shopping and Frosties Donuts.

overpriced due to Homecoming weekend at Bowdoin College

bit of a musky smell in the room when we arrived, but we opened some windows for a bit and it went away.
