I choose this hotel from the pictures of the room and pool but upon arrival it was nothing like the pictures which was disappointing for the price.

The pictures of the pool online were not actual pictures of the pool at this location. We choose a hotel with a pool for my toddler and when we arrived it was a big disappointment. The lady at check in was also really rude to my husband which is the first direct reflection of the hotel. I might suggest putting someone more personable & respectful in the front.

My daughter really enjoyed the stay here and asked to go back soon, I think the pool was her favorite. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on places to eat in the area that are reasonably quick service, she even suggested getting door dash so I wouldn’t have to drive in the little snow we were getting. Very caring person!

While waiting for my daughter to be done in the pool I got extremely thirsty,I had my daughter get out of the pool so I could get some water then proceeded to go back to the room so she could swim more. If guests could at least bring water in or put a fountain in the pool area would be more convenient for guests. My only other thing was the bed, it sunk down towards the middle I kept trying to scoot to one side so my daughter would have the other half of the bed and I would roll back down to the middle.

Comfortable bed and room had plenty of space. The room was clean and well cared for. We found the entire staff highly professional and ready to meet our needs. The hostess in the breakfast room helped make our breakfast experience positive and enjoyable. The location was perfect - within a short distance to our family and our grandchildren loved the pool! And, close to everything we needed - restaurants, stores, etc.

No real dislikes.

The room was good, the counter agents were great as were the housekeeping staff, very friendly and welcoming. The only negative was the breakfast. The eggs were burnt, no fruit, only two water bottles in the fridge, the English muffins were hard as a rock, bread was also stale. The next two days we ate in the nearby dinner. The kitchen staff needs to do better, keep the food refilled and prepared the eggs appropriately. The staff spent a lot of time sitting and talking with guests. I will still stay at the hotel, but I will not count on a breakfast availability.

It was ok but not as good as I've had staying at other hotels in the past. The coffee that I chose was the regular and it was way to strong. The toasters didn't work the best.

For paying over $300.00 a night there could have at least been a bar of soap. I had to go out and buy some hand soap. There was no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel in the containers. I had brought my own but I have never been to a hotel that didn't at least have the little containers of those. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good along with the hot water just being warm. There was just about no water in the toilet bowl but it did at least flush ok. There weren't any handles in the shower to help a handicap person get out. There was at least a bar in the shower to hold onto while taking a shower.

It is SO quiet!! We have stayed in many hotels in this area and this one is hands down the BEST.

There needs to be a SCREEN in the window!!! For SAFETY...and for outside breezes instead of using the AC. Which by the way, this is the ONLY facility we have stayed at where the AC did NOT affect our sinuses! And THE BEST BED comfort EVER

The room had a roll in shower perfect if you’re in a wheelchair, And a spacious bathroom. the room was large enough that nothing was cramped. The bed was very firm but that’s how I like them. My son’s family came to visit in the morning before we checked out and were very welcomed despite a two year old dashing around exploring the dining area. The new hot breakfast was really the star though. Bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffle iron w/mix, (& whipped cream!) biscuits with gravy or plain. Added to the original offerings of bagels and muffins, yogurts, yogurt drinks, apples, strawberries, oranges, bananas, all-in-all many options for each morning of our stay. The best part though is that it’s so close to Boston and Portland without being in the city. The Downeaster is nearby if you don’t want to drive into the city also. And the pool is open!

Nothing to complain about, warm, comfortable, quiet despite finishing up some renovations.

Loved the indoor heated pool. The bed was comfortable the pillows were awesome. We booked for 2 nights payed almost $400 that's a little steep but it was not far from our destination so that's good.

Hallways need updating and the air conditioning kept shutting off.

one of the best surprises was the amount of options given for breakfast. Fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, pastry, any many gluten options for those needing that.

The mattress was a little disappointing and felt a little hard with little support. Replacing it with a higher end mattress would bring better reviews

The bedroom and bathroom were roomy. Nice soap and towels. Very clean. Breakast included protein choices and fresh fruit.

The thermostat in my room didn't work, but staff took care of that quickly. I was unable to get the computers in the lobby to work.
