I like the cleanliness and decor of the suite. The facilities supplied beach chairs and umbrellas so customers can grab whenever it is needed. The view was good and everything is as pictured. The pool was small but well maintained. Location was convenient, beach was steps way from the hotel and the amusement park was close by.

I did not appreciate the walk up especially if you have a lot of luggage and we stayed at the 3rd floor. The bathroom vanity is not within the bathroom.

The location was fantastic, steps away from the beach, restaurants, shops and amusement park. The staff was welcoming and patiently answered questions about where to visit, acknowledging us in passing, wanting to ensure our family had a good vacation. The toys for the pool were a fun bonus and the available beach items free to use like chairs, shovels, boogie and skim boards were greatly appreciated!

my only criticism is there was no ice machine. Getting ice downtown is impossible (always sold out) there should definitely be on one on-site for the guests use!

This was my second year at the property, this time I brought along my parents along with my kids! My husband joined us at the end of the week for a couple of days as well. We enjoyed the beach access, the friendly and helpful owner who is on location, the toys and chairs available for use, and the pool. Walking to the pier and Playland/food is only a couple of minutes which is great, as my children love the Playland with all the rides. I highly recommend staying here, it's my favorite place to stay in OOB!

My parents reported being sore on the pull out couch, the rails are exposed and would hurt when they would get up. In the future when we stay here, we will opt for a larger suite for an additional bed. The keycards are on your phone, and while that is fine for me, my Dad is old school and prefers a more traditional key. The owner gave my parents their own keycard so they could avoid phone use, which was wonderful!

Location. Unit was well furnished and super comfy. Enough room for our whole family. The mobile room key was convenient.

Parking was an issue. Quite late in the evening, we were called and asked to move our car foward so someone could park behind us, blocking us in. At check out it took a while to move their vehicle so we could leave.

The suite we stayed in was so nice!! It was updated and beautiful with two balconies. We could see the beach and hear the surf. The kitchen was great with everything you need! The beds were comfortable. We had lots of room even though we were 5 people.

The furniture was nice, but the pull-out couch was not very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice, but we didn't see them much. However, it was off-season and to be expected. The view of the ocean that was promised when I booked was beautiful!

Everything was good. Not much direction or staff around, but it was off-season.

This is the ONLY place we ever stay @ while visiting/vacationing Old Orchard Beach. We have stayed in many other hotels/motels over the past 2 decades.... and will ONLY stay here

Given that we were the only guests I understand why the pool was closed but it would have been nice. Perhaps a future summer visit
