Seabreeze Motel

We upgraded to a two bedroom suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. The Motel is situated in the heart of the OOB minutes by foot to the pier, at the same time very quiet as it is on a side street. From our balcony we could watch the town come to life as we had our morning coffee. The entire hotel was kept clean. The pool looked inviting but we didn't have enough time to go. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again. Air conditioning worked great and we were thankful for it.

The bathroom was very clean and functional but could use a facelift. You can see there have been a lot of recent updates to the property. The bathroom is probably on the to-do list.

We had a great time in OOB. The hotel was great. And it's so convenient to the downtown area a 5 min walk to everything. We got to the hotel earlier than check-in time. The hotel allowed us to park our car there so we were able to explore the town a little before getting into our room. In fact, we never moved our car till we checked out cause again everything is in walking distance. Everything about the hotel was exactly how we expected it to be from the photos on the website. We are certainly going to stay there again next year . Reading the reviews, I saw some complaints about the train being right behind the hotel. Well, the train runs through the town, so no matter where you stay, you're gonna hear it . Didn't bother us one bit and not a deal breaker in any way . The staff was very nice to us. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. All in all, it's a great place to stay.

The mattresses were not the greatest, but we had 2 double beds in our room, so we got creative and took the mattress off the other bed and put it on our bed, and that work out for us .

The best thing about this place is the location. It's right around the corner from the famous pier, many restaurants, arcade and most importantly for families the amusement park. We liked that the building was all cement because didn't have to worry about noise at all. We saw many reviews about the train noise but we barely heard it. The staff was also amazing and very helpful. We were very happy and will definitely be back next year.

The only complaint is that it needs a little bit of renovation but even then it wasn't anything significant enough to hinder our stay in any way.

Staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay. We were able to park and head to the beach (5 min walk from the hotel) early in the day when we arrived. We stayed in one of the 1 bedroom apartments on Foote St, which was about 10 mins walk from the beach, nice quiet street. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great little kitchen. Air conditioning was cold. Extra blanket and pillow for our son to sleep on the futon were great. Front desk staff was exceptional answering all of my questions before we were able to check in, and even personally came to the pool to let us know our room was ready. When we went back to the office on our morning of check out, staff was cleaning the pool and watering plants around the grounds. Everyone was always smiling! Below are our minor dislikes of the room only…but we would definitely stay again at the Seabreeze

We stayed in one of the apartments on Foote St. The apartment needs a few hooks by the door for coats and hats, and rug in the long hallway waking in. It would catch a lot of sand! The bathroom could also use a hook for a hand towel and a hook on the door for towels and clothes. The futon worked for our 5 year old…however it would not be ok for an adult to sleep on!

The location is great for a family with mixed ages. The pier is close by with plenty of choices for eating. The kids are walking distance from the main attraction. Their kitchenette may come in handy for parents with smaller kids.

I must caution you that the train runs by and may surprise you.

Room was spacious and clean, beds very comfortable, staff was helpful and polite, and the location was 5 minute walk to beach and pier.

Pool was advertised as "heated" but was on the colder side, fine for us because we had very hot weather but would be uncomfortable otherwise. Location is also on the train line, like most properties on Old Orchard, so sleep was difficult at times.

Loves the location and extras in the room like stovetop, microwave, large refrigerator, keurig coffeemaker and kitchen table and chairs! Sink was plugged up and didn't drain well but that is the only thing and not a big deal! 5 min walk to beach and SO many shops and restaurants and amusement park on the beach. Comfy clean beds, AC. worked great! Friendly staff. Nice pool. Well worth the $$!

It was a nice apartment and close to everything

The only thing i did not like was that the one bedroom did not have an AC meaning that you had to leave you room door open so the cool of the AC in the living room would go in the room. the other thing was that the door in one of the rooms you could not close it. due to when they installed it they did not do it correctly.

We have been coming to the Seabreeze motel pretty much every year and it has been great every time. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel then it's not for you, this is a beach motel, and an excellent one at that. The pool was closed the first day because of a pump issue but they got it fixed right away and it was great the rest of the week, you can't get much closer to everything than this. the room was great no issues at all....

The property owner and her staff are exceptional. The staff alone is a reason to book this property. The location is a close number 2! We were close to everything OOB!!! But the street itself is quiet, so there weren’t any late night noises or disturbances. The rooms were very clean, there were updates and upgrades, making each room enjoyable. The pool area is perfectly placed, feeling very private while also giving a view of the OOB area. The prices were so great, we booked an extra day.
