Comfort Inn & Suites Scarborough

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a microwave and 3ft tall fridge standard in every room! So, as a mom with a young child who is a very picky eater, it's so helpful to have both items standard in the room! We had a room with 2 queen beds because my mom joined us for our trip and it was great that the room also included a desk with a very comfortable office chair, and also a loveseat in a sitting area which made it great to be able to invite family we were visiting with in to have a chat! The room was very clean. The hotel also had a pool and a gym for our use! I know my daughter and my mom definitely enjoyed the pool! Best of all the staff was super friendly and very accommodating! Oh i dont want to forget to mention there was an awesome breakfast every morning included with every room fee which we did not take advantage of, but what i do know is that it is far more than your standard continental breakfast! Needless to say, we were very pleasantly surprised with our stay!!

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Water pressure was great in the shower. Towels were nice and clean. Front desk clerk was kind. Check out was easy. Air conditioner was nice and quiet and did an excellent job keeping us cool.

There were kids running around in the room either above us or next to us, but that is no fault of the hotel. You can't turn directly into the parking lot you have to go up to the next light and turn around or do a U-turn.

The room is large and well equipped, the staff is very courteous, and even though the hotel is close to a busy route (US1), it is quiet, with ample and easy parking. The breakfast is more than just "continental" with, waffles, scrambled eggs, and yogurt. Overall, this is a very good value.

The elevator could use an upgrade (it works, but it's not up to par with the rest of the accommodations).

The service was really good at comfort suites inn and suites (Scarborough-Portland )and Amit at front desk treated us really well. Worth to say at this place , the rooms where clean and neat . Service was really quick and the overall stay was satisfying . Thank you Amit for all the help you have done.

Convenient, staff was helpful. Room was nice. It was clean.

Wished there was an ice machine on each floor. Was on 3rd floor and had to go to 1st ti get ice. Had coffee in room but only supply to make one cup for a couple. Never given more coffee or shampoo etc for 2nd day stay

The front desk staff was very accommodating. He was professional, friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place was clean and quiet.Great breakfast!

If you opened the windows at night you could hear the traffic along route 1. Easy fix, don't open the windows and run the AC!

The Inn is in a nice area - very nice people as well working there - felt safe, near some good restaurants, good value for the money - nice looking place, good parking. Brochures and front desk staff helpful.

The light over the bathroom mirror did not work - much needed, especially for makeup application and actual light in the bathroom. -----------> This is a big one - please put LONGER WATERPROOF SHOWER CURTAINS, that actually FIT INSIDE TUB, because the FLOOR BECOMES COVERED WITH WATER. It is TOO SHORT. I have no idea how the floor below is not getting leakage on their ceiling - elevator could have used cleaning. The TV remote did not work - we had to channel it right on the BOX.

All the staff were really friendly, the receptionist in particular. We felt that for the price we paid the hotel was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was also a bonus with two young kids.

Nice hotel conveniently located 15 min from Portland downtown. Has a pool. Room are comfortable and decent size.

Outdoor common area will be never with more furniture, maybe add couple adirondack chairs.

They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and taken care of I even left my some clothing there and 2 days later they found it called and held it till I could pick it up! Above and beyond service!
