Overall it was a great stay. First time at this location. Shower was amazing, room got super cold which I love. Sheets crisp and cool. Pillows and bed comfy. Breakfast was decent. Lots of choices.

I have to be honest here..the guests above our room were entirely too loud. Like running, jumping, falling, wrestling….whatever the heck they were doing, it was excessive. We complained at 10:30 pm and then had to complain at 12:30 am as well. It was still an issue at 1:15 am. We are used to noise above us as we live in sn apartment, however this sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. It was absolutely ridiculous!!

Ashley at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean, loved the fireplace. The Continental Breakfast was fantastic, a big variety with lots of good breakfast options.

The King Bed room with hot tub and fireplace was beautiful, but the walls were empty. No artwork or pictures on the wall. My guess is that they may have just painted the room because it did appear to have a fresh coat of paint. Some artwork would have completed the room, added some color and made it a bit more cozy.

Never took advantage of the free breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

The microwave oven and the refrigerator was tucked away in a cabinet in a dark hallway that made it difficult to use because you could not see the settings on the microwave and the frig was on the bottom shelf of the cabinet and made reaching anything on the bottom shelf difficult for two 70 year old seniors. We thought that the suite would be a little larger, but what was there was comfortably furnished.

We particularly liked the location (not on a main road), the surrounding trees, the interior decor, the free 24-hour coffee in the lobby, and sitting out on the front porch with our first cup of the day. Staff were uniformly courteous, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were super clean and we were abundantly supplied with towels -- more than enough for 4 of us. We thought the price was much more reasonable than what we've encountered recently at so-called "budget" hotels.

It was very nice. The staff was nice. Very expensive for what was offered. My grand daughter loved it. We had a gacuzzi room with a fireplace. Clean, plain no frills. Expensive. 2 nights over $700.00. I expected more umph for the money. This did not take away all the good from the other staff members. They were great. The staff member at the front desk that phoned me was on Saturday 29th Oct. 2022. Around 6:30 -7pm.

I had one incident where my 7 year old grand daughter fell off the bed and made a bump. The person in the room under us called the front desk about us disturbing them with noise. That was not the problem. The person on the front desk that phoned my room was rude. I just said no problem. It will not happen again

The inn had coziness about it. The entire place was very clean. And i am very particular. The breakfast food selection was vast. And the hours of availability were great. I didn't have to get up at dawn to enjoy breakfast. I loved the cabin like ambience of the lobby.

The only thing that could have been better, was if the kitchen staff had more knowledge of the English language. One kind lady didn't know what butter was.

I like that they had accommodations for our dog.. They were always very friendly and polite. Housekeeping was on point and even if we were in the hallway they'd ask us what our room was and if we needed anything.. The pet accommodations for a dog go outside where great near our room.. The location was great it was by all the shopping centers wasn't far from downtown and wasn't far from the beaches that we went to.

The only thing that I didn't like was the pool hours. We stay till Thursday and the pool was only open on Friday Saturday and Sundays.. But other than that as far as hospitality amazing as far as being clean everything was always clean. Our suite was a really good size and it accommodated us and our dog. The people at the front desk were amazing they were able to answer all questions and always ask us if we needed anything same with housekeeping. Definitely a great place to stay if you're passing through Annapolis area..

Very comfortable suite with a good king-sized bedroom. Clean, easy to get to, excellent breakfast each morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it then as well. Across from Safeway with Starbucks, Staples, Best Buy, and Dick's Sporting Goods, easy access to roads in and out of the city.

Everything. from the moment you walk through the door to the smell of cookies fresh out the oven (daily treat ) to the most wonderful front desk staff. Kate was like having a home from home experience with someone looking out for you and the courtesy bus and bus drivers were a delight. would never stay anywhere else. 10/10

just wish the courtesy bus ran all week as the property is rather far out of town and expensive Uber rides.

Our suite was very comfortable, with a living room that was separate from the bedroom. Everything was simple and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast buffet was included, and is served on weekends til 10:30. This helped us have a relaxing morning. The choices were quite typical, but somewhat more variety than is often the case (waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal, bacon, sausage, etc). More important, the scrambled eggs tasted fresh and delicious, the muffins also tasted fresh and delicious, the orange juice tasted especially good,
