The staff were excellent. One went as far as helping us take and load our luggage. The front desk was superb in customer service.

The facility. Elevator buttons are damaged. Our unit door does close all of the way. You have to pull it to make sure it closed. Hotel needs updates on carpet in Hallway and room or at least a deep shampoo. Paint would help. Otherwise, the room was clean, mattress okay.

As soon as you walked in to register The environment was relaxing. The room decor, paint, furniture, etc. was all calming and relaxing. The comforter was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. If you need a place to be able to relax and unwind, this is it. The breakfast was sausage patties biscuits and pepper gravy which was all delicious as well as the muffins bagels cereal etc. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was great overall.

I was traveling with my Dad on motorcycles. My Dad had an accident and got admitted to the hospital. The staff was incredible and helped make sure I had my room for as long as I needed it. Every morning and evening they asked me how my Dad was doing and if there was anything they could do to help. Outstanding staff!

It could have been about $50 less.

The whole atmosphere was good.The rooms where clean and the staff was very polite and professional. I used the workout room and it was nice and clean.. Overall I rate it a 9. I would definitely return.

Several concerns in regards to the food. It was cold. The bread was very hard, and there was always a wait for coffee.

i liked the cleanliness of the room and the how comfortable the bed and pillows were.

I could not regulate the air conditioner. No button that I pressed changed anything. It was extremely cold in the room. Also, there was no shampoo in the container that was attached to the shower wall and there was no conditioner.

wished that the kitchen had bigger pans for cooking steaks also the remotes needed new batteries Had to have them readjust our bill as to being overcharged. a bigger variety at breakfast would be nice

We were really impressed with the facility. We didn't expect the place to be as nice as it was for the great price we paid! It was a very hot day and our room was so comfortable we all remarked we may never leave. Temperatures are not always great when you travel but this was the BEST!

There were quite a few guests at the hotel so breakfast was limited supply.

We were having some work done to our condo, staying the night at Hampton Inn (2miles from home) was perfect. We have previously had family visits and they have stayed at the Hampton Inn. Staff (Abby) checked us in, very friendly and efficient, my wife and I were both very tired from working at the condo all day. The room was very clean, comfortable and we both slept very well. Thank You for all the extra work it takes these days to accommodate your guests!

Nice hotel, Comfortable big bed in a good sized room, good pillows, comforter. Rooms facing towards the back are quiet. Good pool with loungers and terrace. Free parking is great.

The big mirror was missing from our room. Breakfast was ok.

Nice staff, spacious room, confortbale beds. Very clean. Nice pool open even later in evening. Free pool Billard table. And a good breakfast with all you need to get you through to lunch. Good location to visit Annapolis! And all of this at a really affordable price, so great value for money. Definitely recommended when in the area.
