Sleep Inn Frederick

Nothing. Not even the coffee because it was watered down

I was surprised at what they had. The coffee was watered down and they had cold cereal at that location. I ask if they had anything else for breakfast and they mentioned two kinds of sandwiches. I actually had some friends staying at the Hilton. They had full breakfast set up including make your own waffles and boiled eggs

The king room was spacious. The shower was large with good water pressure. The parking lot was well-lit. There are lots of restaurants and good shopping in the area.

The hotel seems to have a problem with people following the no-smoking rules, so unfortunately the hallways did not smell the best. Fortunately our room did not seem affected.

I liked that the property was right next to all the big shopping plazas. It was right in the middle of everything. I enjoyed visiting the battlefield up the road 3 minutes.

The hotel defiantly smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a little gross.

I really appreciated being able to get a room where I could smoke, loved availability of elevator so I did not have to haul bags upstairs. Lots of room to spread out papers, deal with things that had piled up. This is my third stay here, came back because loved both other times.

Not the fault of Sleep Inn, but the last two times I'd come for a mini-break, this time I wanted something close to my mother's assisted living facility in Rockville - a Sleep Inn in Frederick isn't really convenient, but it was the closest I could find. (NB chose to travel the extra distance because I had really liked the Sleep Inn in the past.)

Very clean room, employees were friendly. we had never been to Fredrick front desk made food recommendations. would definitely stay here again.

I thought our room would be cleaned the next day and it wasn’t. we stayed 2 nights. I didn’t ask about it so there may be something in there policies.

The hotel was very clean and neat. The employees were helpful and polite. The rooms were as advertised with 2 Queen beds.

Although being completely open, the breakfast bar was not available. We were given breakfast sandwiches which the microwave oven was unable to prepare. The pillows were not fluffy and were very flat, requiring two to even be as thick as a normal pillow. The blankets were thin. The Dish cable kept dropping out

For a hotel and the crisis of being in a pandemic the breakfast was ok

The key to rooms need to be better. Almost everyday I was there I had too go the desk and reprogram the key. Definitely can do better in up grading room keys.

After a long day of travel through some terrible storms we were greeted with kindness and a trouble free check in. I don't remember the young ladys name but she is an excellent employee. It was the overnight desk clerk and she had us to our room in no time. A keeper for sure.

Very friendly/helpful staff. great location for 270/70/355. There is large selections of food, gas and shopping. Easy on/off location for 270/70/355.

Rugs could be cleaner especially near the walls. Wall paint and furniture needs touching up.

The location

That was not bad, but they have to do more maintenance, especially inside the room. And the smell of the cigarette that not supposed to be inside the room because it was not a non-smoking room, the smell was strong.
