Spacious rooms, huge showers, warm heated pool, ceiling fans, ice maker in a full size fridge/freezer, extra pillows, garbage disposal in room along with a dishwasher, extremely comfortable beds

The bathroom door was kind of broken and wouldn’t close unless you lifted the whole door up and pushed it closed, which even then could still be opened from the outside. And there was no plain sugar for coffee at breakfast, and the eggs were dry and home fries were hard as rocks

We only stayed here one night while on the way home from Virginia. Location was good, staff was friendly and accommodating, suite was nice with a small kitchen area that had plates, cutlery, etc which was convenient for a family trying to pack light.

The hallway had a very odd pungent smell that we noticed as soon as we got to our floor. The hotel wasnt dirty but could've been a bit cleaner. It was ok for a one night stay though.

The hotel is clean and new. The staff is very helpful.

Booked for three guests, but the towel set was only for 2. I was told that the additional blanket and bed cover was in the room, but there weren't. Staff solved the problem after we asked for an additional towel set and bed cover. The charge also has discrepancies between the final invoice and the amount booked via booking.com. Spoke with the staff and then the manager and they refunded the difference.

I did not have breakfast, the room was fantastic. But not much on cable tv. I have been to this hotel before years ago. I loved my stay so that is why I returned.

I was expecting to use my Veterans discount, but once I got to hotel, they said I could not get it because I booked through Booking.com. That was a disappointment.

The website stated it had hot breakfast and a reception. Upon checking in I was advised that the social was cancelled and breakfast would be different. The breakfast was OK for a bag breakfast and the next day I saw waffles being made to order which was good. Colleen was an exceptional front desk greeter. She had a very nice and bubbly personality.

Main doors locked after midnight and no one at front desk to answer phone to let me in the hotel. I had to walk around to the side entrance. The person on the desk the next morning didn't even say good morning until I addressed her first. She was reading something but I am quite sure she saw me from her peripheral.

The size of the room was amazing. I think all hotels should be just like this one! The staff in the dining room were also excellent. I’ve never been to another hotel where they cared so much! Thank you.

The pillows could be firmer and the bathroom could be cleaner.

The breakfast choice, it was ok, but it could have been better. On the last day of our stay, the toaster wasn't out as the day before it was. They ran out of food early.

Location was very good. It was quiet. Dogs were able to come.

Breakfast was disappointing. Front desk was not manned at times when I needed assistance. Shower was lukewarm at that.

I like all the amenities as far as the gym, snack bar and pool. The rooms were also very nice and spacious.

I didn't like that you had to use a credit card that was charged for incidentals prior to you checking in and out of your room. That card should not be charged at all until after you checked out, and there were incidentals. The card should have just been held on file.

I loved how big and spacious the room was that I stayed in. I loved how even with covid the hotel provided a nice decent breakfast for the guest still.

I did not like how slow the WIFI was but that was not my purpose of the stay so it wasn't that important to me. I also did not like when I got in my shower, there was small little nets and a strand of hair in my shower. It seemed like maybe housekeeping did not do such a great job with assuring the shower was completely cleaned before using it.
