The location was great and it was clean.

That they have events at the hotel but not enough parking for the guest to park. You gotta circle around or wait for parking.

The room was great. I was in 2124. It was very comfortable, though the AC unit on the wall needs to be patched up a little. The AC unit could be quieter too. The room was clean. Your Room Service is doing an exceptional job. I didn't eat breakfast because I had some other obligations very early morning.

The noise. Management needs to do something about the noise coming out of the pool and the noise coming out of certain rooms on the first floor of the second tower all night long. It was ridiculous. I understood that there were some families being lodged there, but at least we should be considerate of others.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom in my room was also spotless. The receptionist at check-in was friendly and efficient. Checkout was also very fast the following morning.

Breakfast the following morning I ended up paying for even though based on my Booking reservation I thought it was to have been included or offered at a price of $14.00. Overall the breakfast was good but not up to the quality I have found during prior stays.

they love to repeat their selfs my cousin stay here and referred this hotel to me and I ask about breakfast the lady said kids eat free with my purchase which was wired to me cause I’m pregnant I planned to buy something anyways then I went down their the next day and it’s a big sign that say breakfast 15 and another lady gonna say buffet is $15 like I can’t read or thinking I’m just gonna eat and leave profiling me they didn’t say anything to the white ppl just seated them made me feel very uncomfortable at the moment they finally seated me and my daughter but the food was cold they warm it up for me which was nice.

Breakfast was superb!! The hostess, Noemi, was wonderful and made the meal even more enjoyable. Her personality was warm and welcoming! Gave compliments to the chef as well!

Rooms could have more insulation from hall corridor. Another guest decided to have a phone conversation in the corridor around 11 pm and it was like there was no buffer at all.

Comfortable and clean!

We booked a room for four guests with breakfast included but we were told breakfast was included for 2 people, no where in our booking could I find that breakfast is only included for 2. Our room only had towel sets for 3 people as well.

It wasn’t overpriced and it was really quiet and a definitely overall amazing room for the cost the bed if you like a firm mattress is one to knock right out on

A little issue with the draining of the water shower really slow we were ankle deep in water showering if you know what I mean and a couple of towels had smudges on them lastly the walls are on the thinner side hearing noisy neighboring rooms is apparent but hey it’s still a great room and hotel

I didn’t like being on the first floor, too nosey and I can hear people walking talking and music from the lounge. The waffles were the best. Hot Water with tea would have been a good option along with the coffee in the morning. Very convenient to see my daughter .

Room was clean and in good shape. Bed was very comfortable. The floor we were on was quiet.

There was no mini fridge, which I thought was in the description, also an extra blanket on the bed would have been nice.

In my mother in law room toilet seat was not secured. Also in my room seat was very loose. We arrived late, didn’t call anyone for service. Also spoke to my daughter, she stated her toilet seat was not stable.
