The convenience to the boardwalk and shopping.

I didn't get the room I requested with a partial ocean view. Instead I got a room with a view to an alley way and garbage dumpsters. Not much of a nice view. There wasn't a closet to hang your clothes. The bathroom was small and only one person at a time could get in it. It would have been perfect for one person, but a not group of friends.

Parking under the building is very tight, extremely difficult to maneuver an SUV through. Had to park on the street most nights. The rate is $3.00 an hour with 12 hour maximum limit to park on the street.

Location we stay here every year

Prices have became a little ridiculous…. Just a year or so ago we could get ocean front cheaper than we paid for ocean side view this year…. Ocean front was way too expensive it more than doubled!!! That is very disappointing we used to love ocean front here and it used to be affordable now it has become as expensive or more expensive than the nice fancy hotels making it very unaffordable for people to be able to bring their families to a place they used to love :( we now can’t even enjoy the ocean fronts which is what made this hotel our favorite at ocean city year after year:(

Bike week 2023. Location was fantastic. Close to the inlet. But far enough away from the noise. Parking garage on-site. Some spaces offer more space than others but we saw both SUV’s and pickup trucks park with no issue. We had seen a lot of reviews complaining about parking. Didn’t see an issue. Restaurant at the front that was open for breakfast as well. Area was quiet in the evening as bars started a few streets down the boardwalk. Room was spacious and we had a great side view of the ocean. (Room 105) Rooms offer black out curtains which I appreciated. The hotel has security cameras in hallways and parking garage. Note that you cannot smoke in hallways, rooms or even on balconies. I hadn’t seen that before our stay. Apparently that’s common for the area

Tub/shower didn’t drain well at all. Housekeeping only came in once on the 2nd day we were there. Not a big deal as there were just two of us staying and I’m sure if I had needed something I could have gotten it from the front desk.

Great location directly on board walk. Loved that the family oceanfront room had bunk bed and (2) queens beds and a jacuzzi in the room for relaxation and a full bath with shower/tub combo. Also had a large Balcony oceanfront the wrapped around side of building.

Parking was tight but manageable. Building exterior in need of a minor facelift but nothing too major. Overall great location and decent building.

The view from our room was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was okay. I would probably stay in the he same room.

The bath room needs a little updating; the bathtub could be a little cleaner on the bottom of the tub had dark stains. The toilet was very low for me I had knee surgery so had a hard time getting on and off the toilet. The beds was a little harder then I’m used too. There was a lot of hair on the bed I slept on. The room could have had noise cancellation you could hear people out side your room and slamming doors. The door had 1/2 inch on the bottom where the light from outside came through so the air in the room had temperature fluctuations in there.

Pros: This place was perfect if you’re looking for a place with all the basic amenities without breaking the bank! Great location! Right on the boardwalk, close enough to everything but not too close to be annoying. Room was the perfect size for the 2 of us but even 4 people could stay comfortably. It was clean and the beds were comfortable and the AC and hot water worked great. Ended up getting a side view room on the corner (203) so we could see the boardwalk and beach from our balcony! Elevator was convenient for hauling our luggage, but the stairwell was just as convenient since we were just on the second floor. Loved having the shower/hose in the lot to rinse off if needed. And the ice machine in the lot was perfect to fill the up the beach cooler on the way to the beach. Never had an issue with finding a parking spot if we had to drive somewhere! (I’m sure later in the season would be busier though)

Cons: mini fridge wasn’t working, but we had a big cooler for some basic food and drinks so we weren’t too concerned with it. I could see parking being hard with a larger vehicle. it’s pretty narrow and low ceilings. My Rouge had no issues though.

Walls are thin, could hear anything happening outside. Mostly heard the seagulls screaming all night long, thankfully I always bring a fan with me to help block noise but if it wasn't on high I could hear them. Not the worst thing in the world but I'd suggest bringing a fan or something to help block it out if it's something that would bother you.

There was no provided breakfast. Because of this, I cannot provide a comment.

The only thing that was a bit annoying for all of us was the parking lot situation. It is very small and almost cramped. We came in a large suv and it was pretty difficult navigating through the parking lot, especially when it was a one way and the only way out was partially blocked by ongoing construction. Thankfully, we were able to back out the opposite direction without any issues since it was the only way out without hitting anything.
