The property was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was kept, stocked and ran smooth. Coffee and juice was always available in lobby aswell as fresh fruit and ice water. Breakfast was amazing; always stocked and prepared fresh, staff was always so kind. We are a large family of 9 so we booked one ocean view (building on boardwalk) and one street view (building in back of lot) street view building holds the pool which always had fresh towels and a very comfortable temperature pool, the showers/private changing rooms were very nice and even made going back to main building after a swim very convenient.Location on the boardwalk was amazing and perfect spot so nothing was to far away; whether It be going to inlet or visiting something further down on 20th. Will definitely be returning with my family next year for our yearly Easter trip.

The room was nice and the price was good. The location on the board walk was excellent. The breakfast and parking were appreciated and added value.

The weather was bad for our trip so we were stuck in the room a lot. I didn't realize that there were two buildings and we were in the building farther away from the beach. The entrance of the second building was not well marked. The first night (in the rain) we went to the wrong door (door by the indoor pool) and the key card didn't work. once I found the entrance I went to the door and let my family in and realized we couldn't go back and were stuck in the stairwell until we found a door at was closed all the way.

Overall great stay and friendly staff. Breakfast bar had many items that most would be looking for. Clean stations and friendly hostess stayed on top of refills and helping guest. Clean and enjoyable! Location perfect!

I asked the room attendant to please just replace the towels and please clean/vacuum the chip crumbs from our 4yr old. *I heard her say, I'm not going to do that today and when returned we found she didn't. So we got on our knees and picked them up the best we could without a vacuum. * Only clean item- the headboards both had spot areas on them from prior guests heads.

Location was excellent, super close to beach and boardwalk! Everything around is very walkable. We were in the back building and our room’s balcony still had a nice side view of the ocean. The indoor pool was great. Especially since we had iffy weather on our visit. It was a savior when the ocean was rough and it was too chilly for the outdoor pool! The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options. Best free breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel in a long time. Staff was super nice! Room had a cute little fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and sink so we were able to easily make simple lunches in the room or bring back take out. Price was very reasonable for end of summer.

Our room could have used some TLC. The carpet was very worn, drawer on the dresser was broken, the toilet felt loose when you sat on it and the shower had a very slow drain and was chipping. I didn’t find the beds to be very comfy. The mattresses in both beds felt slanted like they needed to be flipped after being used by so many guests. The location, although convenient to beach and boardwalk could be a bit loud in the morning with street cleaners and truck deliveries. Breakfast was great, but it’s in a small area and gets very crowded. We just took our stuff back to the room and it wasn’t a big deal.

We like staying at this hotel. Price includes breakfast. The employee that maintains the breakfast area was wonderful. She was extremely busy with making sure items were available for breakfast to the guests at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping that was on the 5th floor was pleasant. Each day she made sure to ask if we needed her services in our room.

Parking is tight. We made sure to bring our smaller vehicle to maneuver in the parking lot.

I loved that the property was right on the boardwalk and although I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, it smelled great and seemed to be plenty for the guests. Jeremy at the front desk was very friendly, professional a a helpful when my key cards were programmed incorrectly.

The elevator is extremely slow. The room air conditioner was unusually loud. Outdoor pool is small and the indoor pool area could use some updating. Looked very old/outdated and dark. Unfortunately there are tons of hotels on the strip so parking is tight. I had to park on a side street one night because there were no spaces left on the property.

ocean front, quiet, price, close to activities on boardwalk, room was an efficiency although not needed, it was a nice, spacious room. Breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Off season rates are awesome for the room you get.

accommodations were a 1st floor room so view was obscured by room fence & pool fence. Parking was tight but staff assisted in getting spot, breakfast area was small to maneuver around but doable. In season rates are extremely HIGH.

We felt so welcome. Chris and Bea answered every question we had about where to eat and what to see. Housekeeping was right on with towels extra blankets etc. The breakfast was fabulous, and Chris and Bea kept refilling everything. They left juice and coffee Lemonade and fruit all day for guests. We will definitely go back to Comfort Inn. The location was perfect with no hassle parking. Absolutely loved the boardwalk and Hooters.

when checking in the lady at the front desk looked at me then look away while the gentleman co-worker was on the phone. The nice gentleman had to tell the lady twice to help me and he apologized. She acted like I was bothering her. I thought maybe she had a bad day. I then had the same person checking out and then again same attitude. During breakfast the worker as well was irritated the whole time. while eating she kept slamming the cabinets very loud under the countertops ( very annoying hurting my ears) one guest asked her a question and she was very short. They guest apologized for asking her a question. Right after that she went over to the front desk and was laughing. I’m not one to write reviews but their attitudes were unacceptable in the hospitality world.
