Nice breakfast and nice area to eat it! Nice people that give great advices for a place to eat!

I didn't like that the toilet and shower were not in the room. It was only for our room (no key for it though), but we had to go by the hallway to get there. This was kind of a problem and it means that, in fact, anybody could have used them too.

Property is very beautiful. House has a character and charm. I traveled with my 2 y o and a friend. We stayed in room 9. We had a king room and my friend had a queen. Bathroom was across the hall. Wasn't big deal for me. I booked the room on booking.com and it didn't have any restriction regarding kids, but later my friend find out that they are not allowing kids under 14. Also booking.com was showing breakfast but only certain rooms have breakfast. So pay attention to that too! I called and they were so nice to let me stay anyway. Their main concern was that the house is old and kids can be noisy, sometimes a lot. Which I truly understand and agree. But luckily, they still allowed us to stay. So sweet. I should say I never heard any other people in the house, that how quiet it was. I even hardly heard my friend who was next to my room. I was surprised, because when you stay in regular hotel you hear a lot. I recommend booking directly through the website and not 3rd party to avoid situation with kids and breakfast. I don't think I met owners, but I would like to say the place is great! It was very nice stay.

A little bit more information during check in about the building would be helpful. We had side door that we used to go up and down and it had lock on it. Sometimes we get locked outside, sometimes it was unlocked. My friend went to talk to the owners to figure it out, but I think it was still unclear. It wasn't a big concern, since we stayed only 2 days, but some rules regarding that door at check in will be helpful.

This Bed & Breakfast was amazing! I was surprised at how nice it was considering the price I got for it, but I also went on a tuesday so it would probably be cheaper either way. It had a very nice vibe and I loved the room I was staying in as well as the seating area on the first floor. The food was very good as well and the owners of the B & B were very nice. I was a bit confued as to where to park a first but they gave me clear instructions when i asked. It is also only a 3 minute walk from the boardwalk which was nice, because then you don't haveto deal with parking and driving around as much. It was a very nice and peaceful stay, I would definitely come again!

I believe the only things that could have been better is how comfortable the bed was, it was comfortable enough but I think it could have been better to be honest. The locks on the doors were also a bit annoying and I had trouble locking and unlocking them sometimes, but that might just be a user issue. Other than that it was great!

Beautiful old house in the heart of OC, one block from the boardwalk. This is a family owned property and it is great to be able to support a local business there and be able to actually meet/talk to the owners. There is a $10 per day parking pass for a parking lot at a neighboring hotel so you don't have to drive around looking for parking, plus they have a loading/unloading zone in front of the house for check-in/out. The street is a bit busy, but that is the area in general. There is a front porch where you can sit outside and have breakfast or chill out with drink in the evening and the first floor common area has a sitting room and a breakfast room. Very relaxed feel. I'll stay here again when visiting OC.

A couple of small things could be done to make improvements. My bathroom for room 5 did not have a shelf in the shower so I had to put my shampoo, bath gel, etc. on the floor. Also it could use some more towel hooks/an extra towel bar to hang up not just bath towels, but swimsuit, beach cover-up, beach towels. Breakfast was good (hot breakfast was waffles, sausage, eggs, and there are bagels, bread for toast, oatmeal packets, and OJ/coffee/tea) but adding some fruit or yogurt would be nice.

I love how the property is only a few minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. Had complimentary wifi which was nice. The young man that make breakfast was super nice and the food was delicious! He made French toast, eggs, bacon, tator tots, sausage, then they were oatmeal packets and fruit which were nice. All the other tenants came down and we're all socializing which was nice also. It was very welcoming. Will stay here again!

I wish the bathroom was in the actual room. It's right in front of my room.The key kept getting jammed in the bathroom door. I wish they had more than 2 pillows me and my boyfriend had one each and it was a little uncomfortable. I think it was just me but whenever I talked to this one lady it seemed like she was annoyed. Everything else was wonderful!

Love this place. This was our second time staying. Perfect place for a long weekend. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Perfect location to everything. It was so nice to not have to drive anywhere for the whole stay. We will definitely be back

Beautiful overnight getaway with my family. Feel like the perfect place to stay at OC for a short trip. Boardwalk is 3 minutes away from the B&B so you can go in and out anytime. Owners were welcome and ready. I highlight recommended. Happy Summer, we always love OC, Assateague Island and this time we also explores Fenwick Island , DE! Breakfast was great and the location was good.

The air condition unit needs working. We turned up the AC because it was too cold but it stayed cold. The parking fee was already online but was given an additional charge for parking which was not shown as additional charge but was later told after arrival. If it was noted online then there would be no issues.

It was an exceptional stay. I love the historic feel of the Atlantic House. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fantastic and you couldn't ask for better accommodations. I was extremely pleased with the hospitality given. I will be coming back for another lengthier stay.

There was nothing I could find that I did not like.

Best part was the feeling that you were staying with family. The owners are awesome and make you feel welcome. The location is awesome, close to boardwalk and great restaurants.

The bathroom and shower in our room was tiny. But we were happy it was private!
