We stayed in a queen room. Room was very clean . Bed was comfortable. Price was affordable for OC . Great location. View of lake was just beautiful. Continental breakfast was nice (coffee , juice, frozen sausage egg biscuits, pastries, etc) . Pool looked nice but we didn't get to use it . Easy check in /check out Cons - TV in room was really small. Both me and hubby had hard time watching from bed. Our bathroom door lock was broken (room 208) . I tried to tell them at checkout but girl was on phone so I just handed her keys . There are small wooden benches outside each room. They are VERY uncomfortable. Chairs , instead, would be so much more inviting . Same in room...there are 2 high top stools ..not comfortable at all. Chairs inside would be nice . We were basically only in room to sleep and shower so none of this affected our stay in any negative way. Just suggestions for future. We would absolutely stay again

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs overlooking the creek. Pool was refreshing on the hot day. 😄 And they have complimentary continental breakfast!

There was nothing I didn't like. If I had to find a negative, I wish there were ice machines available. I believe they sold bagged ice, but I just wanted a couple of cubes for my drink by the pool. 😉

the grounds were lovely, as was the pool and the shady area near a canal. The staff were wonderful. The owners were very responsive when I posted questioons.

The size of the room, for the cost, about 220 a night with taxes, etc. It was literally barely large enough to hold a queen sized bed; there was very little space for clothing, the bathroom was just fine, and the construction of the units-two stories, was poor that I could actually hear the man in the unit above me snoring. Breakfast, which was part of the daily cost, was very limited, the coffee was meh. I get that it was high season at the beach. The final straw was being kept awake the last night after a thunderstorm, due to what could only have been a leak in the wall between the "bedroom" and the bathroom. I told the staff before i left as it sounded really serious. It's a shame as the place was so pretty and the staff were so wonderful.

This was such a great place to stay! From the moment we arrived we were treated with such respect and kindness. The women, Chase, at the desk was beyond amazing! She had such a great attitude and was so accommodating. It's nice to see workers take there job seriously and accurate. The scene of the place was different compared to other places I have stayed at in OCMD; from the cabins and the lake it made it such a cozy place to stay. I am always looking for a super clean room when we go away and this was beyond clean. The staff really took there time with each room after a guest left to clean it and I think that is very important, especially now a days. We can't wait to come again and see the lovely staff and the location.

The only negative thing was the size of our room. It was still such a great time and we enjoyed everything about this location but the room was very little. In my defense, I do pack my life when we go away so this is not there fault, but my own for not getting the larger room when we stayed.

Was a nice surprise!! Quaint, clean, updated and modern. Had a pool, laundry facilities, game toom, dockside canal that beckons you to sit and relax, had cabins and fire pits. Live music at the pool!! I had a room on the second floor, with a queen bed. There was play area for children. I like the quiet atmosphere yet close to everything. Does have a minimal continental breakfast. Is very family oriented, volleyball and horseshoe areas. Comfy beds.

Stairs to the second floor. But I did book last minute so I'm sure you can request a first floor.. The towels are a little small but adequate. Room walls a little thin; could hear other TV playing well into 2 am.

Although it's close to the road, it's really quiet on the property. The motel rooms were the perfect size for us and the bed was THE MOST comfortable bed we have ever slept on in a hotel or motel. The entire room was so clean and smelled nice and the cleaning person came in and cleaned while we were gone for the one day, which i didn't expect but it was nice. They even folded our blankets for us that we brought to sleep with. The cabins looked so cool and all the people were pretty quiet and didn't have crazy loud music or were getting wild. It's a really nice family environment. The check in and check out processes were a great experience, the staff were really nice.

Our upstairs neighbor was a little annoying, stomping around until 130 am both night, but that's what happens with motels. Not the motel staffs fault.

The breakfast location is convenient. The food offering is very simple but adequate. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, yogurt, cereal, milk, oj & apple juice, coffee & tea. The décor is well done. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Location allows easy access to Assateague National Park and Ocean City.

Regarding breakfast a couple of small easy improvements: Provide a water pitcher; Put the microwave on a higher stand so you don't have to stoop in the corner; Since offering microwavable breakfast sandwiches put operating instructions on the microwave for making them; When the kitchen door is open you can't see the sign saying 'employees only' so put one on the other side as well. For the room, improve the water pressure in the shower.

The breakfast was excellent everyday!! It hit the spot and was appreciated bc it saved us money from eating out for breakfast everyday. The pool was very nice, we were able to wash/dry clothes before departing for home and $2.75 for washer/dryer is reasonable. If need be we'd stay again.

I know it was just my wife and I but the room we stayed in, 116, was smaller than we expected. Don't get me wrong it was comfortable but maybe put a fold-up chair in a small room like that in case someone doesn't want to lay on the bed. No other complaints

Breakfast could have been a little better. Nothing actually wrong, but there was no fruit. Overall was not bad.

Staff gave us clean towels, but did not make the beds. Also, do not like that you cannot take drinks or snacks to the pool area. If going to stay for any length of time, especially in this heat, need water, drinks, snacks, etc. (Especially those with kids)

Reasonably priced, but that's because it's right outside of Ocean City. It's clean, but nothing fancy. The continental breakfast is a nice offering. Staff is helpful. People who stay here always seem friendly. The property is pretty and the seating around the water is relaxing. It's a pleasant atmosphere.

The one bedroom queen room I had was small. Even though the price was relatively reasonable, two people staying in that room would have felt cramped. The shower was small and my man is not. I could have spent a little more somewhere else inside OC and gotten a larger room, however, considering the cleanliness, which is important to me, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
