Sleep Inn Salisbury

When we first arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming! They even asked us what floor we would prefer our room since we were going to be there for a few days. They also recommended a couple restaurants locally. Our room was nice and clean for the most part! Definitely went above my expectations based on other reviews. I will be staying here in the future if I go back to the area! The location of the hotel was perfect - super close to everything! Definitely recommend!

The hotel is under new ownership and it is being completely remodeled from head to toe. The improvements to date are beautiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I wasn't able to eat breakfast because there were no gluten-free options. Due to the construction, the breakfast area was closed, and there were minimal options to choose from, but at least they were offering something for those who weren't GF!

What I liked about the property was there was a young man name Chase he was the bomb. He should be one of the managers.

What I didn’t like about the property was the assistant manager checked us out a day early and of course I was not there only the girlfriend was and it was like pulling teeth to get them to give her another car because they screwed up

I really liked the small size of the room for 1 person. Most places I've stayed at have such high beds I need a ladder to get up in the bed. The bedding was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep.

The room where breakfast was is much too small. Too many tables crammed into a small space and barely enough room for more than 4 people in there at a time. I also couldn't quite get the air to work well at night.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

Analog TV sucked, BUT the 2 floors of the hotel are being renovated, and staff said they will be adding cable TV in March.

Room was new/newer. Rugs seemed clean. Beds were comfortable. I hate those poly/feather pillows that you can fit in your back pocket but at least they gave us 4/bed.

The bathroom door (from the inside) was not clean. It looks like someone urinated all over and it was cleaned up but not thoroughly. Also, the TV has a poor connection or something. Most channels were fuzzy or low definition.

I had a great stay with the staff being very friendly and the rooms were very good. Clean, amenities and very good breakfast in the morning. Also, having an availability for coffee almost 24/7 is a huge plus for me. Great location for my business and travels, as well.

When I discovered that I left my library book at the hotel, I phoned the hotel and one of the managers (Theresa ], was extremely helpful. We made arrangements, and in less than a week , the book was returned to me. I believe she went above and beyond her responsibilities and should be acknowledged for her excellent service.

Complimentary breakfast was not that complimentary. Not many items to select from previous sleep inns i have stayed at had waffle maker different types of cereal eggs sausage This particulary sleep inn didn't have much

I stayed on the first floor. the window was open when I arrived. I think the maid service should check all the windows, especially the first floor windows.
