The breakfast was HORRIBLE NEGATIVE Stars Like throw everything in the trash even the cereal like who are y’all feeding old people who can’t speak cause it was beyon horrible turkey sausage the only option east bake oven pancakes taste like flour and water bland French toast it’s hard to even remember the options it was so little like bagels dry raisin bread and sunny side liquid egg like for the price of stay y’all should be able to afford better breakfast like not even no bacon just a mess that ruined the option of another stay for me cause peww

WONDERFUL facility with an amazing friendly staff! They allowed us to check in 2 hours was early. Overall this was a beautiful up to date facility. We absolutely loved the room I also loved the Dove products in the room that was really refreshing. It was a plus having a hot breakfast included as well as coffee in the lobby at all times available. We were there visiting a local hospice facility seeing a Pastor who is ailing and this really helped softened our pain. Blessings

My only small critique was that I felt that the hallways were a little bit warm there wasn't enough AC as you walk through the hall. Also, they could have vacuumed the hallway and had a little bit cleaner. However, my husband and I will GLADLY stay again!

That I was double charged. Staff was unconcerned about charging my card over after I had already paid through booking. Morning manager was rude on explaining how I was going to be refunded. Called the facility for a couple of days before talking to the manager Purcilla. Who then was very helpful 4 days after the hassle.

The property seemed to be very clean . All Staff EXCLUDING General Manager worked efficiently with kindness

We were greeted by the man I later learned was the General Manager. The reservation was booked & paid for EXCEPT a small portion because apparently my payment for the small increment did not clear my bank at the time but the manager said you HAVEN’T PAID ANYTHING & told us to move over & wait for the other clerk to help us , as he needed to in his words “ get the line down” Their should be on video surveillance to view. He did not apologize for of course any of the mix up or his lack of ability to do what the desk clerk did. Which was handled very gracefully by her . This General Manager embarrassed me & my family in front of a lobby of guests waiting just as we were. Again the young lady front desk clerk this night was an absolute pleasure.

I'm fairly local to the area and needed a change of scenery for a night. I was very pleased with how smooth and efficient the check-in process was when I arrived. The room was very spacious and comfortable - especially the bed! I loved the Dove products available in the shower for use. Checkout was very quick so I was able to go enjoy the breakfast options. The breakfast offerings were much more plentiful than I expected so I was very pleasantly surprised. This was also a great spot location wise, as it's very close to the 695 on-ramps, the Towson Park & Ride, and to Joppa Road/Loch Raven Blvd. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

There were typical noises you find in hotels. Mostly doors opening and closing on the floor, other guests in the hallway, and volume from the parking lot. Things that are entirely out of the staff's control.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nearby shopping and restaurants.

Room was huge, but the configuration of the bathroom was curiously designed. The tub/shower was right next to the towel rack (good thing), but right above the toilet paper dispenser.

The man at the front desk who checked me in on Thursday wasn’t too polite! I didn’t care for any of the breakfast. The hot water dispenser has crust on the part where the hot water comes out. That was a turn off for me, so I didn’t eat the breakfast. Please improve your breakfast selection and clean your hot water dispenser!

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to be upgraded into a suite - thank you Holiday Inn, that made our stay so very nice! Our room was clean, no funky smells or water pressure issues. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working when we arrived but the staff switched it out in a timely manner.

Pretty location, great staff, wonderful breakfast, nice pool area with shade for relaxing/working. Big breakfast area with excellent choices and plenty of space to work in lobby with plugs. Bed was great. Highly recommend for any type of traveler. The lobby had a water filtration fountain to fill my bottle, and the coffee was always hot.

Good breakfast, excellent staff that solved inmediately the clog issue, we were moved to another room; the next days the staff asked us many times if we need something else; two thumbs for the staff that works in the afternoon and night
