The location was perfect for our needs. . . and as hotel breakfasts go, ours was delicious!

The carpet in the hallways to our room didn't appear to be swept. There was also fast food garbage on the table outside the elevators. I realize it was probably places there by another guest, but it remained there throughout our entire stay. Lastly, the wrong size flat sheet was on our King sized bed. It barely covered the top surface of our bed.

The food serve was good. our room and public areas were very nice. I question my charges! I paid my bill with visa and Mastercard gift cards. I used a card with $100 and another with $75. The $75 did not show up on the bill. When I when to use the $75 less my payment to you it was short money from what I expected. The card was missing $36.34 and I expected less than $10. Can you please check the transaction? My bill only showed $100 paid and a credit for $8 plus change. I think that there was a mistake made. Please check your records.

Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary over the weekend. Your room helped male that happen.

the location was great, the room was clean and ready for use as scheduled. the self served breakfast was fresh and hot. customer service was good. the surrounding area of stores and eatery was also centrally located. COVID protocols were in place. we feel safe moving around.

while the overall appearance was good. I would have liked to see the elevator a little cleaner.

The breakfast was fresh an tasted really good my room was very clean an comfortable perfect for my children who enjoyed your pool jus need some kind of mosquito protection out there buzz lights for bugs or something my baby got bite all up on her face but other then tha bugs I really enjoyed the property an will return soon

There were several restaurants and other hotels in the immediate area so our family were pretty much able to stay close together and not have to travel far from one another.

We had an issue with the toilet. Needed a plunger I think. Called front desk around 10:00 and they said they had to put in a work order for the next day. So we couldn't flush bc of possible overflow.

I liked the fact I got the highest floor like I asked, the bathroom was nice it was clean the bed was very comfortable honestly the room I was in was just like a bedroom and living room from home

I asked for extra towels I didn’t receive those and not enough mirrors no full length ones at all

the renovation was unfortunate but that’s not anything that could be helped.

The staff was amazing. I had an issue with my room and they were very understanding and accommodating. They were able to get me into another room.

The location is hard to find if you are either new to the area or trying to follow a map. The room was excellent, 1st floor and quiet. The staff was outstanding with check-in and very helpful with information as to my destinations.

Parking, but I understand that is a difficult situation with another hotel right across the way. The available channels on the television but that is mostly for myself, not a lot of guests most likely would not be overly concerned but I enjoy watching somethiing when I cannot sleep which is often.
