The staff was amazing even my bartender was outstanding. I didn't catch her name but she's a fellow New York ! Sade was very professional and pleasant, and the lady that checked us out this morning was so warm and welcoming. I loved my stay here and we will return. Thank you!

The night Audit person kept authorizing my card 2 days before my arrival even tho I choose the pay at property options.

We had to travel for an emergency situation. This hotel was excellent. Staff were always friendly. The hotel has lots of amenities. Our room was comfortable and clean.

It can get a little noisy from guests in the hall. The lady that works the happy hour was not very personable and the drink selection could've been a little better.

The location was right smack in the middle of all the stores and restaurants.

That breakfast was not free. That they ran out of kleenex for the rooms. That housekeeping didn't freshen the towels daily. Last, the TV kept buffering, I think the internet didn't have good signal.

I did not have the breakfast. The location was ideal, plenty to do in the area, accessible and tasteful furnishings in the room. The staff was excellent.

More thorough cleanings need to occur. A previous visitors dirty bath cloth was left in the room behind the door; tape is on the ceiling.. I'm assuming someone had a party/festivities; the carpet inside of the elevator was dirty. I've traveled abroad and the hotels have been exceptional, it would be great to see that same level of cleanliness in the US. The area outside of the window had a lot of discarded cigarettes.

Everyone was very nice, front desk, bistro and maintenance, I travel each week, and this is the best service that I have ever gotten! Toronda and Linda were just great as well as the 3 girls in the bistro.

Motel was a bit old, not many USB charging points, pool was closed

The staff was fantastic, amicable and professional. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. They also offered info re the local shops and restaurants.

The only downside was the lack of breakfast options on the property. Prepackaged muffins, scones, and cookies would have been nice. Also the marketplace selection could have more options

The front desk staff Stephon and Ms. Lori was amazing. They made check-in and check out easy. They were able to get my families room next to each other, and that was greatly appreciated.

The mini cafe they had in the lobby was NOT. The pre-made food looked old. Asked for extra towels to be sent to my room and was told “I’m the only one here, y’all can come and get them.”

I travel to Southern Maryland two to three times a month from NYC, for the last year or so for business, and have stayed at other hotels, and by far Courtyard is not only the most pleasant staff, location but for quiet and accommodations, it's the best in the area.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

It took them 15 minutes to find my reservation. Since I went through booking,com they has difficulty finding the reservation.
