The location was great! Walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are courteous.

I was very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed permanently due to covid. I had called prior to verify there was a pool, and the gentleman that answered said there was one. Housekeeping going around at 9am knocking on doors when check out isn't till 11am was ridiculous! The front desk should be able to provide a list of any rooms that checked out early. Going around knocking waking folks up is not cool. There has to be a better way. I have never experienced such a thing. The surrounding restaurants were overpriced, and the unattended teenagers being obnoxious outside the hotel was a little irritating as well.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at The Westin National Harbor. The staff was friendly,hotel was clean and modern and our room was nice with an amazing harbor views.

There was only 1 thing I don't like about the stay. 1. Our stay included breakfast,so upon check in the front desk gave me a coupon that stated breakfast for 2. However, the coupon did not state nor the front desk tell me the coupon has a value of $40. Breakfast was just average in terms of taste. Breakfast: 2 coffees, 2 eggs sausage, potatoes toast Cornbeef hash,1 egg, side French toast 1 Cranberry Juice $53 I leave coupon and tip,and we leave. The waitress comes running toward the elevator to tell me I owe more money. Needless to say I was not happy!!!, I gave her my credit card for the rest and was done with it! So I would recommend not getting breakfast with the room stay it wasn't worth $53.

The location and staff were awesome! Very attentive and courteous.

The very dated furniture in the room. With watermark stains and discoloration. However, for my family to use a community microwave in the hall next to the ice machine was disturbing. Especially considering the price we paid nightly. I would expect that at Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn but NOT the Westin! Being a Bonvoy member I intend to email Marriott corporate as well and send pictures. It was sad to see a brand such as the Westin with a $30 microwave in the hall for guest use. There is no one to keep it clean throughout the night when it's most likely used. Not to ignore the fact that Covid is still around yet as guests we are expected to share a microwave in the hall. Needless to say, I don't think I'll ever book at this location again. Thank you but no thank you!

we had two king size rooms , pretty good sizes and the view was beautiful for being on the 4th floor . the food at the restaurant was delicious

we had a toilet issue late at night . the over night clerk only gave us a plunger and no one was there to fix it . the plunger didn’t work so we had to use the other rooms bathroom and downstairs instead of moving rooms in the middle of the night due to us having plans and not having time. we were leaving the next morning anyways . we didn’t receive an aroma therapy to help us sleep like the other room we booked but that’s okay

When we entered the Westin at the National Harbor, a front dest staff member, Ikea, greeted us with a welcoming smile. She seem very knowledgable about our reservation and offered additional help when needed. She made my granddaughter and I feel very comfortable. She checked in on us often. I feel that she went over and beyond most receptionists, I have encountered at other resort or hotels.

One of the clean up member took or threw out my granddaughter's bag of snacks. We usually, brings snacks she can eat because of her allergies. Very disappointing. I love the location. The valet guy was awesome. Most of the staff were really pleasant.

The attendant was rude (male). They never reimbursed me my check-in fee of $500. I checked before I left, and they told me what my charges were for my stay. They never reimbursed me the difference.

The view is spectacular! Our room was super clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was really fantastic! I'd let them know this was my companion's birthday and they greeted him by name when we arrived and all told him "Happy Birthday!" We will most definitely be back!

I wished there was complimentary coffee in the lobby... if it was there I didn't see it. I let Randy the birthday boy sleep in, so I didn't make coffee in the room. However, Starbucks is next door, so I didn't have far to go to get some.

I had a city view room, which was nice. I like my tv greeted me, everytime I turned it on. My bed was very confortable. My location was very quiet at night. Excellent view from my room.

The menu for the cafe could have more options. I ordered chicken the nights at the hotel, because I can't eat shell fish.

Was told when i checked in that i needed to put a card on file for incidentals but that it wouldn’t be charged. The day i checked in they took 239.04 off my card. So the check on guy lied to me. That was inconvenient because i didn’t bring another card with me

I liked the hotel room, it was very clean and comfortable. I can't speak on the staff as I didn't have alot of interaction with them

I would have liked it if the parking and check in were better suited for arrivals. When my husband and I arrived to hotel, there was no where to pull up to park so that we could bring in our luggage. We even circled the block three times, in hopes someone would pull off. We finally gave up, parked in a garage and had to carry our luggage inside. There was no bell hop or anyone there to assist us.
