The bed was amazing, most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The cleaning ladies came in without us asking and made the bed up and left fresh towels. I appreciated that.

The people at the front desk were strange. Why too much covid protection, like overkill. Pretty sure there was a squatter there. She wore all black clothing, stared at everyone for long periods of time and showed up in places from out of no where. Just back and forth to the breakfast room and up and down all around on the elevators. Sketchy....

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and bed was comfortable.

Hotel was going through renovations during our stay and the pool wasn't available. I would also recommend a small table for the room. Although you have a desk, it's would be better for two people to have a small table for their coffee and food together. The room had a microwave, small fridge and Keurig available.

The breakfast was good, I wish there was more variety since I was there several days, but all that was served was good.

I did not find anything except the pool that needed updating. The room, staff and facility were up to par for a similar stay elsewhere.

Lots of children running in the hallway for hours, and not one staff member came to check. Same children screaming and yelling from their rooms. This lasted from supper time well past 11:00pm. Make sure you request a room on the back of the building to avoid the traffic noise and sirens from Rt 301!

The room was clean and big enough for all of us I had my mom and three teenage kids with me and we had plenty of room!

After checking in we went to go swimming in the pool but it wasn't heated it was ice ice cold. I don't understand why they would have an indoor pool that's not heated in the winter time doesn't make any sense! We stayed in for about 10 minutes and that's all we could take.

The room was exquisite. I love how spacious the room was. My fiancé enjoyed the room as well (he's a very particular person, so this experience was exceptional in his eyes). The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, my fiancé and I plan to use this hotel in the future.

Close to the Event that we attend. Covenant, clean, and good service

Room had some trash in it when we arrived. Missed trash on top of the closet and beside and under the pull out/sofa.

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts we've ever had. Staff was friendly during our short stay.

The shower was level with the bathroom floor and water leaked all over when it was used so the floor had some water damage but it was not the end of the world for us.

Front desk staff were very Kind and polite

Swimming pool was closed. That was very disappointing because I had my granddaughters and they wanted to go swimming

it was very clean and well kept. breakfast was very good as well also.. owner also left a thank you car and snacks that was very nice and customized.
