Home2 Suites by Hilton in White Marsh is a great stop for those traveling up and down the East coast. The hotel is located in an very nice area near many places to dine. We recommend Michael’s Cafe and their Split Level Chowder and Crab Cakes. The suite was well-appointed and comfortable too. We did not check out the pool area but, there was a walking path and dog walk area. The breakfast was the average “free” breakfast at any hotel but, it filled our bellies and was just fine. The staff was friendly and helped me get on the internet which was a little tricky (I am not an internet novice).

If I hadn’t stayed somewhere else the night before, I would have been thrilled with the hotel. But, the beds and bedding at Comfort Inn and Suites were far superior. Also, Comfort let us keep our bicycles in our room while we were allowed to store them in a locked meeting room here. We locked them up inside the room but, they still could have disappeared so I was not as comfortable.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were a nice size. The heated pool was a huge bonus, as we had our children with us. We were able to do laundry, and there was a workout room. We booked rooms at this hotel because a pipe burst in our home. We have a large family and were expecting our stay to be not so exciting, being stuck at a hotel,while waiting for our home to be repaired. To our surprise, it ended up being more like a mini vacation without the beach. The staff treated everyone like family. It didn't matter what time of day or night we went through the lobby, they were very welcoming to everyone. There was always free hot coffee, with a variety of flavored creamers .They even offered hot chocolate for the younger guests . They have some things like candy, chips,,drinks , frozen treats and entrees that can be purchased as well, which was nice. The outdoor seating area was very relaxing . This was one of the best hotels our family has ever stayed in.

I really was impressed and really enjoyed staying there exceptional staff and room were very clean and convenient.

When I went to pool family was playing loud music and most of them were intoxicated. So I was able to enjoy the pool at all the same people were in it constantly. But that's not the staffs fault. But I do believe other guest should be respectful of others.

Clean and the beds are very nice and clean and comfortable.

One staff member every time this person works there is always a problem with something. We frequently come here and like it but this one person we always have a problem with. Other than that I have nothing else

We were worried it would be just a muffin or fruit in a bag but there was a nice hot breakfast every morning. Oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, waffles. Nice options. The pool was one of the main reasons we picked this location and it was free every night. I didn't see anyone use it besides us the whole week we stayed. The staff were so friendly. It's one of those cheesy home away from home lines, but I have never felt so comfortable and at ease in another hotel. I actually felt bad leaving!

The room wasn't fully stocked on paper towels or toilet paper when we first arrived. Not a big deal, we just went and asked for some at the front desk. We also never saw the cleaning crew. Something about them cleaning every four days? And we stayed 4 nights so I guess they cleaned before we came. Would've been nice if the trash was taken out every day but again, nothing we couldn't do ourselves and just asked for more trash bags at the front desk. Both of which aren't really cons at all, minor inconveniences maybe.

The staff is great now! Our room was huge and roomy but we got the handicap room. They’re renovating which is MUCH needed.

We needed 4 towels in the room - only 3 were there. Needed more toilet paper - both rolls were almost done. The coffee maker was a Keurig with no complimentary pods at all. Kitchen missing forks. Attention to detail could be better.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Also even though the hotel was sold out, the room was quiet. The breakfast selection was small but quite nice with waffles, egg and cheese omelettes, egg and sausage on English muffins, etc.

The hallway needed to be vacuumed and the 3rd floor trashcans neat the elevator needed to be emptied.

Housekeeping never really came to clean our room. We were traveling with a dog so that could be the reason, but I would suggest that they could have left a message that they were there to clean the room and noticed the sign that a pet was in the room and could come back later.

Really nice facilities in a good location off the highway. Pool and nice outdoor patio seating

With such a nice kitchen for longer term stay, it did not have stove or oven

The front staff was fantastic and super helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety also which was nice. We were traveling with our 3 kids and had to use the sleeper sofa which was the most comfortable sleeper sofa I've ever slept on!

I wish there were more toiletries (like lotion)
