It was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The 1st desk attendant when i arrived was wonderful.

The hottub didnt work and theres no notice of such a thing. I feel like if your gonna charge full prices for rooms all the amenities should be available. And the 2nd desk attendant the morning after i arrived came off as not very hospitable when i had said Goodmorning to him. Then i asked for his name wich was Brian and he all of a sudden became very pleasant.

The location was great and everything you could think of from restaurants to shopping was all within surrounding areas

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the box bed frame is not appropriate for small children who like to play and run around. They kept bumping their legs on the corner of the bed. The hall ways were like sauna. And the pool wasn’t the cleanest.

I was especially impressed by the staff who worked in the breakfast area. Had no idea the chef would cook such scrumptious meals. 100% Microwave and fridge were immaculate. I would suggest the fridge be turned on so that it would be ready for use when guests arrive. Beds were clean and comfortable. So was the room itself and the bathroom. However toilet tissue should have been full rolls and of better quality. And the areas surrounding the door handles could have been given more attention. Overall I was pleased and would likely use this hotel in the future.

There was only one waste can available. Areas surrounding door handles did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly.

Menu was small, but prepared very well. Service in the restaurant was excellent. Staff was friendly and engaged. Omaira, our waitress, went the extra mile every morning. Always had a smile and a personal story. Would go back for her special attention.

The staff was exceptional.The evening desk clerk was sweet and accommodating beyond my expectations. On site bar and restaurant, comfortable bed, good tv channel selection, relaxing and comfortable lobby with fireplaces, all in all a very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back soon.

Location was why I was there.

I the room had a few minor issues. For example, the shower head attached to a hose did not have the proper hook to hold it in place. It was broken.

The lady working was such a sweetheart I can't remember her name but she was from Venezuela and we had a lovely conversation.

The person who had room before me set alarm for 3 am so I was woken up..no fault of hotel..

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was amazing and so kind. Omaria Our server was great. She made us so comfortable. We will definitely be back. We were on a road trip with our kids and she made it feel like a family environment. We know exactly where to stop when we hit the road again. And we will definitely recommend it.

Clean, comfortable and good location

Blackout curtains did not close. Two shades come down but the sides of the windows allow too much light coming into the room.

I like the dining area the waitress was very professional the chef was excellent with the food the food was ready on time

My junior suite was not really clean the microwave was dirty, the floor had dirt and food under the refrigerator I had a little bit of crumbs on my carpet in my room I asked the housekeeper could she vacuum ,she told me no she couldn't I vacuum my room which I shouldn't have to and some of the rooms and just need a little upgrade in my family room that baseboard was hanging off the wall
