Loved the friendly reception and overall structure of the place. We enjoyed having our own balcony as well as access to a larger one. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The location felt very safe, comfortable and near sites we wanted to access regularly. Overall a very nice stay.
The pool was very, very cold. We wanted this location specifically because it had an indoor pool for our daughter. Sadly, it was just so cold that it was difficult to enjoy. Also, there only ever seemed to be enough warm for one person to take a warm shower and then it was cool for the rest of us. Other than this, it was a nice stay!

Was laid out where everything was easily accessible. The food and fruit items were sufficient for a light breakfast.
Although I found the room to be very comfortable and clean there were some things that did need attention. Particularly the bathroom door won’t open all the way unless you force it back. Could use a more attractive shower curtain. Didn’t care much for the theft proof hangers. Middle wall mirror top right side, cracks along side of mirror. Nothing that spoiled my stay but management may want to be aware of this. Housekeeping was exceptional .

Location was great. Hyannis was a good pick for not knowing where to go in Cape Cod. And Hyannis Travel Inn is one street back from Main st. Staff was super friendly. Patrick helped checked us in and helped us out on more than one occasion. Super nice guy! Very happy with our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.
If I could change one thing it would be the beds. They’re okay but by the end of the week I was a bit stiff. But the hot tub helped! And the parking lot does get full.

Comfortable bed with all you need for a great stay, very clean. Lovely to have our private balcony for the evening sun and a shared one for the morning sun. Excellent location a short walk from the ferries and harbour. Super generous breakfast which is included and nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.( we were too early in the year for the outdoor one) The BEST part though was the warm, friendly and informative welcome with a coffee too! A great stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend to all.
Nothing.

Hyannis Travel Inn is a real gem on Cape Cod! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the harbor and activities. Our room and bathroom were spacious and having a balcony was very nice. The pool and hot tub were a real plus as was the included breakfast. Of note, we did not have the housekeeper service our room yet came back one evening to find a bag of toiletries & fresh towels hanging on our door! In all my years of travel & stays at many price points, I have never received this thoughtful & most appreciated service! Thank you!
Not a thing!

Liam who was on duty right through our stay was great - friendly, very helpful with recommendations for restaurants locally ( Spankys clam shack was indeed excellent) and places to visit after we left ( Chatham Fish pier fascinating and surrounded by beautiful beaches). The room was ideal for us and very clean. Nice to have a coffee maker and mini fridge. We had both heating and aircon so it’s set up for all temperatures. 2 lovely pools and hot tub- didn’t use them but they were decent sized and clean. Breakfast acceptable ( continental) and nice to have it included. Good parking. Good location for the harbour and Main Street. As a retired hotelier I’d have no hesitation in recommending this inn.
The only thing that would have been useful was a socket nearer the beds for charging up phone /tablet. But that’s fairly minor in the scheme of things.

This is our second trip in 8 months travelling from the UK. The chaps on the front desk are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Liam was so kind helping us with our bags and giving us some great ideas for trips. Made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Our room was great, beds super comfy all so clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was good too. Always well supplied and tables were clean and plentiful. Plenty car parking outside too and location was great for grabbing food or a drink and just a small walk to harbour for ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Quiet at night so you can be assured of a good night's sleep which is high on my list of priorities. Will definitely be back...wouldn't stay anywhere else! Thanks for having us back.
Leaving to go home 😬 Only thing I would add would be a hook in bathroom and a full length mirror, but nothing major.

This Inn is in a perfect location with restaurants, a brewery, shops, museums etc. all in walking distance. The staff was super friendly and professional. The outside pool area was very clean as well. Perfect for a few days in Hyannis
The only con here is the breakfast set up. The presentation was not appealing at all. The bagels, muffins etc should be in a case for easy viewing and selection, not just a bunch of open bags thrown together. Even worse it is too humid to sit next to a heated pool to eat. It would be safer and more relaxing to have a separate room from the pool especially there are electric items plugged in to eat breakfast to start your day.

My sister and I stay at this hotel every year the night before we participate in a charity walk. The same gentleman has been there every year and is consistently pleasant and appreciative of our efforts to support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He goes above and beyond every year, including having the bus boy take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs for us, which was MUCH appreciated knowing the number of miles we'd be walking that weekend! The hotel is consistently clean and the beds are comfortable. It's in a great location - walking distance to downtown Hyannis, which includes a number of good restaurants and shops. We will continue to stay here every year that we participate in this walk!

Been staying here for years. This was always my family’s go to spot when staying in Hyannis. As an adult I’ve continued to go. You will never meet a grumpy front desk worker here. They are all so kind and helpful. The location is the best especially for the value of the hotel. You’re right in the center of Hyannis, just a parking lot away from everything. Staff and location are what keep bringing me back all these years.
We stayed in a different part of the hotel this time that I have never stayed in. The room felt a bit smaller than the other side of the hotel. Didn’t bother us as our room had an awesome view from the balcony. The screen door to our room was off the track so we just had to be careful. The WiFi wasn’t working great but that just got us off of our phones/computers and got us out and about.
