This hotel is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Our first night we were woken up by what I presume was a fan vibrating the wall, reception moved us room straight away which solved the issue, breakfast was amazing and Holly was really friendly, the swimming pool was nice to take my son too, and for check out my husband was feeling sick and they offered us check out at 12 which is greatly appreciated! The rooms are extremely clean! Both rooms we were in were such a high standard of cleanliness and the huge bathtub was a nice addition! There is parking here aswell for hotel guests which is nice to have, pull out couch was comfy aswell, cookies in check in were yummy! Maintenance are quick aswell, we needed him to turn of the accessible alarm that was pushed accidentally. I would absolutely come back here again!

Me and my mom stayed there this past weekend while we were in town to attend the Nantucket Christmas Stroll. The location is very convenient to the Steamship Authority. We called an Uber which arrived very quickly and got us there to catch the ferry in 3 minutes! The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable and we both had two wonderful night sleeps. The front desk gives you warm chocolate chip cookies with walnuts at night which are so delicious! I would say overall we had a very comfortable stay as far as the location of the hotel, the price, and the staff.

When we arrived to check in there was not a bell man or hotel worker in sight who helped or offered to bring us a cart or to help us bring in our luggage from the car. The same thing for check out.

room was a bit small for a family but it was fine overall initial attitude of staff wasn't great when it was a booking.com mistake, however, after that was resolved they were excellent

The location was excellent, within walking distance to Downtown Hyannis and conveniently located in the Mid-Cape. It was served as a perfect base explore other towns on the Cape. The free, secure parking was nice. The room was clean with plenty of counterspace. There was a fridge which was nice. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. Although it was too cold to use the pool, it looked very nice.

The property needed a bit of updating, there was carpet throughout (that should be removed). The walls were pretty thin and we could hear our neighbors conversations quite clearly.

I love the breakfast buffet and the young man at the front that went above and beyond to try to help me navigate to getting to Martha Vineyard

I didn’t like that the ladies at the front desk couldn’t help me locate Engine House Rd for my Uber. I think staff should have an idea of the area around the hotel especially when it was right in front.

The room was spacious, and we loved the bathroom. Very clean there. The hotel itself was lovely, quaint but good environment. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs

We found large bug in our bed the first night. The noise--but it was a busy weekend Problems with our room key throughout the visit

The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. The rooms were large and very clean.

I was told when I arrived that the pools were not open until 4 p.m. if there was a lifegraud. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor, outdoor pool. Never got to use the pools.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating the breakfast every morning was good its worth it especially when your in cape cod and ordering food at a restaurant can leave you with a huge bill.

Only negative was the location it was away from a lot of the things children would want to do while in cape cod on route 28, but it wasn't that bad of a location.

It was extremely clean and the staff was welcoming. There were many precautions taken for the pandemic, so we felt comfortable staying there.

Unfortunately, there are always other guests who tend to slam their doors which was annoying as the evening got late. But that is not under staff control so I would stay there again.

Location to us is a big reason why we book certain hotels.This hotel is centrally located when going to the bay or going to the ocean.

The price could have been somewhat lower due to the time of year we went.
