Condo was spotless, always a major plus. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, cooking utensils, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Ample paper supplies in both bathrooms as well. Property is older but very well maintained. Pretty grounds with various blooming bushes. We stayed in a two bed, two bath unit with fireplace, patio and charcoal grill, nice furniture and comfortable beds. Our grandkids couldn't make it at the last minute but it's a perfect family destination with two swimming pools, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball/badminton net, game room, basketball court, fitness center, etc.

The mini houses are beautiful. Great for family stays. Full living room, dining room, kitchen area with stove and a fridge. You can cook if you want too. There are two full bathrooms.The view in the backyard is nice. Very quiet. The whole place was clean and I'm iffy about hotels. But this one was one of the best that I have stayed at. Me and my family really enjoyed the mini house and our stay. Plenty of things for the kids to do on the grounds. Pool, park, basketball hoop, and a game room.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast served. The are no tvs in the rooms upstairs which sucked for the kids at bedtime. The water pressure is horrible and the hot water runs out quickly. They expect you to us your room towels to swim with and wash up with because there is a washer and dryer in all the units. However I don't believe in doing that. So I did ask for extra towels and I received them without any problems. Other than that a great stay.

We loved the spacious accommodations… perfect for our family of 5 with teenagers, and the location in Brewster, which was basically central to everything in the Cape. It felt like a peaceful retreat and a home away from home after each day of exploring and visiting different beaches and attractions. It had everything we needed including our own washer and dryer in the unit! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the fitness room, the playground and the basketball hoop. We loved it so much that we added and additional day to our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The three bedroom, two bathroom unit was so spacious it felt like renting a home but with the added bonus of so many resort amenities… the best of the both worlds. I truly don’t believe there is a better value in all of the Cape. We will definitely be back.

Linda was the manager I spoke with about a rate change. She was very nice, caring and professional. The staff that checked us in ( I can not remember her name) was equally friendly and gave us information about the area that was helpful. The unit was clean and beautiful. There was a fireplace and a nice little patio with a charcoal grill. I am already looking into booking my next trip. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. There are many restaurants and ice cream parlors in the area.

I did not find anything to complain about, except that I want to go back in November and they are sold out.

Everything about this place is awesome!! The staff is very friendly and I recommend this place highly! We come to Cape Code every year, and this was our first time here, and we loved it! It was so good that we decided to stay for one more night!! Very clean, great space with everything you need to stay. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean as well, and a nice playground.

There is nothing to dislike about this place!

Conveniently located near shops, trails and beaches; neat and quiet area; much privacy; all necessary kitchen items; appliances.

Just some wild life intruder trying to crawl into the exterior side of the wall throughout the night (near the master bedroom) - which kept us up most of the few nights we spent there. Other than that, we had a great stay!!

If you want a quiet, low-key, family-friendly base from which to explore the Cape, this ticks all the boxes. We loved it and thought it was great value for money. Our unit was quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The kids loved (LOVED!) both pools - the indoor pool is bigger than it looks and there’s a jacuzzi and steam room - and the games room and playground were fun too. The resort is right next to Nickerson State Park (we walked in), just off the gorgeous rail line biking trail, and shops, restaurants and beaches are 5-10 mins drive. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free coffee from reception in the mornings and we made good use of the board games for loan. We had five days here and my only regret was it wasn’t longer.

Not much not to like. We visited in early June so didn’t need AC, but it was on when we arrived and did sound a little loud, so for hotter or colder months that might be an issue. The main living area is a little dark and there’s not exactly any kind of view other than bushes/patio, but I’m being very picky!

the unit was clean and comfortable. the pool area was also very clean and comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful. convienient location for day excursions to many parts of the Cape.

only minor issues. had trouble with one of the toilets, had to adjust the chain inside the tank several times, lamp in one of the bedrooms didn't work. (other lights and lamps were fine). Stairs leading to second floor in our unit were a little creaky and not every step was the same height, we felt like we needed to take extra care using the stairs so as not to trip.

The resort is very nice, in a quiet location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was equipped with almost everything( bring your toiletries), kitchen had everything you need( there was even salt and pepper, but of course you need to bring your own food). The pool, sauna and hot tub were great after a long day, but check the hours of operation. We thought, they should be open later on the weekends. It was a nice stay and we will definitely come back!
