The location was conveniently located to all the places I needed and wanted to go to. The room was comfortable and clean. Most of the staff was kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there and I would definitely stay again. The price was incredible, so I was surprised at how nice it was. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

The first room I was given had a small fly infestation. I'm guessing that was an isolated incident as the second room was fine. One woman in the office wasn't very friendly, the others were kind and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my 100 yr old grandmother and they helped me bring my bags in as well as grandma. We had the room right by the office and there was a small table with 2 chairs on the porch that we were able to use like our own too. Grannie loves sitting on our porch. She also loves ice cream and eats it every night, so having the ice cream place right in the parking lot was perfect! I am very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it!

Free to park the car. Pool was very nice. Staff very nice. Shower had nice pressure.

Ac blowing right on me as I slept. Beds are too small for two people. Our feet were dirty on the bottom from walking around on the carpet. Didn’t realize it till my wife pointed it out to me. Family upstairs with young children running jumping pounding on the floor. I realize you can’t do anything about the neighbors/other guests. A bit pricy for yet another cape cod property that’s old and refurbished.

Spotless, quiet, comfortable room. Delightful, helpful staff. Fun amenities (fabulous ice cream! awesome bumper cars! mini golf! pool!) right on site. The retro vibe adds to the charm -- from the pink tile in the bathrooms to the old-school motel layout, little may have changed here since your parents and grandparents checked in (except for nicer mattresses), but there's also no pretentiousness here, just great value.

This hotel is in a prime location! Breakfast spot within walking distance and lots of family-friendly activities right there! Mini golf, an arcade (albeit vintage games from the 80s), bumper cars, a pool, and ice cream all on-site!

The bathroom could use some updating and out toilet wasn't anchored to the floor! The beds are very firm so, if you are used to a softer mattress, you'll find sleeping a bit more difficult here.

Good location. The room was spacious and very clean. Our bed was comfortable. The amenities were fun. The hotel office had fresh coffee, tea assortments and hot cocoa, which was nice. The street that the hotel was on was not busy, so it was quiet, as well.

The facet in the retro bathroom was hard to turn on. You had to pull out. Otherwise the bathroom was very clean and the shower was great!

Everything went very smoothly. We arrived early, so didn't expect to check in to the room. The front desk attendant took our cell number and said she would call as soon as the room was ready. We received a call soon after. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee was readily available and the process was just as efficient and well thought out as everything else there.

Nothing not to like. We were prepared for a simple motel to sleep in between wedding events, but received much more. So appreciated in an age of downsizing on services and increases in prices.

The office staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is good. There are attractions and restaurants in near proximity. My family and I enjoyed the on-site pool. Overall this was a pleasant place to stay, and we enjoyed our vacation. If we return to Cape Cod next year we would definitely come back here.

Room size was apropriate for 4 individuals, only with 2 luggages in total. The facility is generally clean, the bed size is with about 1.8 m comfortable, the matrasses were not too hard, nor too soft.

The location is good, when you have a car. But since the parking prices in Boston are insanely high, getting to Boston with the public transportation takes almost 3 hours and 30 minutes, the car is no good an all. So accouring to a Boston visitor's needs the location must rather be regarded as poor located.

Location, most comfortable bed… delux king and many pillows. Clean pool, nicely maintained. The water pressure and shower was awesome.

I hate to complain…It smells a little musty but I know it’s hard to air out the rooms with a/c on nonstop and the humidity on the cape. Maybe a humidifier would help.
