This hotel is in a prime location! Breakfast spot within walking distance and lots of family-friendly activities right there! Mini golf, an arcade (albeit vintage games from the 80s), bumper cars, a pool, and ice cream all on-site!

The bathroom could use some updating and out toilet wasn't anchored to the floor! The beds are very firm so, if you are used to a softer mattress, you'll find sleeping a bit more difficult here.

Everything went very smoothly. We arrived early, so didn't expect to check in to the room. The front desk attendant took our cell number and said she would call as soon as the room was ready. We received a call soon after. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee was readily available and the process was just as efficient and well thought out as everything else there.

Nothing not to like. We were prepared for a simple motel to sleep in between wedding events, but received much more. So appreciated in an age of downsizing on services and increases in prices.

Room size was apropriate for 4 individuals, only with 2 luggages in total. The facility is generally clean, the bed size is with about 1.8 m comfortable, the matrasses were not too hard, nor too soft.

The location is good, when you have a car. But since the parking prices in Boston are insanely high, getting to Boston with the public transportation takes almost 3 hours and 30 minutes, the car is no good an all. So accouring to a Boston visitor's needs the location must rather be regarded as poor located.

The office staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is good. There are attractions and restaurants in near proximity. My family and I enjoyed the on-site pool. Overall this was a pleasant place to stay, and we enjoyed our vacation. If we return to Cape Cod next year we would definitely come back here.

The room was clean and spacious; more than adequate shower. Great location; close to nice restaurants and beaches. Bonus miniature golf course, and ice cream shop. The landscaping was nice around the office, and it was a pleasant stay. Free coffee in the morning. Looked like a nice pool area, tables with umbrellas abound. Kids will like it; there is also an arcade.

The staff could have been a lot friendlier. I am a cashier at Whole Foods, so I know about customer service and how little it takes to make a big difference. But also understand customers are often annoying.

Very quiet, excellent location to visit towns on coast, ice cream on premises bonus, all staff I did meet, (4) were very friendly, pool looked pristine, perfect location for bike riding in neighborhoods

Towels and washclothes thin and rough. Serviceable and actually expected for very economic price of room

This place was local to many beautiful places. Close by you have many restaurants, candy store, bakery, coffee shop,mini golf , beach, lots of ice cream stores.

Loved the location, the friendly staff, the option to just have fresh towels delivered, the ice cream shop, and the mini golf on site!

I think they need to get rid of the carpet and get some plank flooring and lower the water pressure in the bathrooms. Those were the only negatives.

The room was nice a big very roomy. Nice that it had the ice cream stand and bumper cars. We enjoyed the pool it was always crystal clear .Very Pleased with the pool hours .

Beds were not queen size and not very comfortable. Refrigerator was a little smaller than most other hotels.

Shower bench extended out beyond the tub, so you couldn’t close curtain causing water on the floor. Maybe a shower chair inside the tub maybe a better option.
