All was good, but your survey is getting a little lengthy. If there were any problems believe me, you would have heard of them.

The only thing I didn't like was paying the bill. Not cheap, but we live on a civil service pension and SS. But, hey, I knew that going in and I don't want to "whine", it was very great and if these ancient bones continue to work, we will probably be back again. Thank you.

Room was comfortable and clean with needed amenities. Pool area was nice. Area was good for a morning run around the resort. Golf course was excellent!

No access to the beach, public beach was adjacent. Just seems like there could be a better way to manage beach access for guests at the Villages. Facility could have communicated process for public beach parking passes. Shuttle service seemed spotty, didn't use it because we didn't know when it would run. Speed bumps on main road through complex, but I understand. Almost got locked of our unit in what I thought was an exit stairwell .

the grounds are flawless, the beach is stunning, the pub is great,

So we rented a night at the villages sadly upon arrival we had immediately smelled vomit throughout our little place. (keep in mind there were multiple weddings that weekend) I immediately called check in and told them. They said they would call in less than 15 minutes. She told us to drive back to the mansion. my husband went in and we were offered a free upgrade to stay in the mansion due to the big inconvenience. needless to say the staff was more than accommodating and our kids were thrilled!

everything was kept immaculate. outdoor pool was great. offerings were good. restaurant food was enjoyable.

The separation of the 2 properties wasn’t ideal but there is a shuttle which if you don’t mind waiting isn’t a bad thing. the massiveness of each property and having to drive everywhere was a bit of a bummer.

The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and informative. Our maid, Brenda, was exceptional. She made us feel at home by keeping our room tidy and clean.

We wish we had closer parking to the villa. We also wish our accommodations were on the mansion property as opposed to the villages. I also wish the property provided more information in their room catalog.

There are a lot of activities on the resort, room is big, was well equipped and staff were helpful to get any missing items. The bed was very comfortable.

a bit pricey and resort activity is included daily not per activity done shuttle throughout the resort did not run very regularly but if you call the front desk the shuttle comes within minutes (we were not told this on check in)

Great facilities with excellent staff. Spacious, comfortable accommodation and a great location for discovering other parts of the Cape.

The property is extremely spread out. So more shuttles with a clear timetable would be appreciated.

Cost … didn’t include beach access ?!?! BUT staff provided access stamp after realizing how absurd having ‘no access’ was given the reservation - confirmation indicated ‘beach access included’ … comical really / other than that … really nice

great amenities for the families. 3 pools and activities. Acces to the mansion facility and lawn activities in the evening. good restaurant options on site.

missing a lot of things in the villas like corkscrew, rags to clean up the counter, towel to dry the dishes. Bitteridge village is far from the pools you cannot walk over there.

The stuff was excellent. We originally booked a villa but the receptionist offered us upgrade to a room near the main building which we accepted. It was a great room near the restaurants and the beach bar.

The building where our room was, still smelled of smoke. We are guessing that was a smoking building in the past and it has not been aired yet.
