Quite and peaceful. Staff was very helpful whenever we needed anything. Access to bike trail was great also private access to room with parking right at the door.

Beds were not really comfortable. Also had alot of trouble locking and unlocking the door. TV could of been a little bigger and they should find away to allow guest to access there streaming platforms that would of been great. All fixable things would stay again.

Rooms were modern, clean, toiletries were present, mini fridge & freezer working and microwave worked. Working AC and large TV that we did not try. Ice machine and pop machine outside. Coffee and juice inside.

Price is awfully high but Cape Cod prices generally are. No coffee machine. Was able to hear child next door and my bed shook when he jumped on the bed. That's not really the hotel's fault, but maybe more of a sound barrier could be put up. (Sound panels)

This was a very comfortable stay, I liked the parking right at the door of your unit, nice outdoor area to have picnic, play basketball and go for a swim. There's a woodland to take a stroll in too. Spacious rooms and had everything you need. Tea and coffee at the main office when feeling like it. There's a good restaurant right next door. Room has reliable heater or a/c and showe, as well as fridge and microwave which came in handy.

It was very clean and I am really picky. Good enough for what we needed. Nothing fancy but a place to sleep and shower after the beach. Beds were comfortable.

Comforters were worn. Paint peeling in bathroom on cieling. But again, SUPER clean. Outlets near bed were low and I had to crawl to plug in medical equipment

Good price, the room was renovated. Comfortable beds. Check out time was convenient.

Neighbors were loud. They were heavy-footed. Sounded like they were above us but they were next to us. Paper thin wall. Could hear them talking. The grounds were not kept up. The lobby was beautiful but no offering of breakfast. Seems like a waste. The front desk said a company in Florida owns the property.

The location is really good and convenient. We basically went to the hotel to shower and sleep, as there are so many things to do in Cape Cod. Our room was renovated, with a chilly air conditioning. Great to have a microwave and a little fridge. That saved some money. We didn´t use the pool, but it looked very clean. Checking in and out was very expedite and personal is very charming. I recommend them!

* the place was really quiet, though we were probably lucky with neighbours * the room had a microwave to heat food and a small fridge * there is plenty of space to walk a dog * parking is right in front of your door and there are a lot of parking spaces for each house * there is a cycling trail adjacent to the property, so you never have to go through a road to cycle

* you have to pay extra if you have a pet with you * there were no plates or forks/spoons * sink was outside of bathroom - so if you want to brush your teeth for example you have to turn the lights on and can wake up others in the room * no dog-poo containers or poo-bags * shower is very slippery

We requested a quiet room. We were placed in the last room (end) on the back building with no neighbors immediately beside us. That was perfect. The room was clean and well-maintained inside. The hotel location was also convenient as we weren’t far from Wellfleet and even traveled to Chatham one afternoon which was simple. As an avid runner it was a great benefit to go out the back of the building directly onto the Cape Cod trail.

The pool appeared to be open but frankly wasn’t sure if it was as it looked awfully dark in color. Also the advertised tennis courts aren’t suitable for use so they should not be advertised. Overall the property is in need of continual updates on the exterior. It shows its year’s of wear and tear…..but no complaints with our updated room/living space and furnishings.

It was very clean and easy to get things to and from your car. The beds were very comfortable and it was a very spacious room. We watched a good bit of TV since it was a big travel day for us but also enjoyed the restaurant next door which was withing walking distance.

The room had a bit of an odd smell when you first walked in but I thankfully had a little candle in my bag which took care of it.

Good price and location The room is spacious, has everything you need, fridge, tv, …the air conditioner is a little noisy but ok No breakfast offered but has a big lunch room with free coffee, tea, juice and all the utensils to use any time. People used for breakfast, lunch and dinner that room and we saw big group gatherings together on the rainy day for the game night fun
