Location!! amazing beach setup, the dunes are a nice piece of landscape The bedroom was small and inconveniently placed at the entrance, however the living room was spacious and nicely decorated. The fireplace was such a nice surprise! The whole resort was very clean and nicely shaped. We enjoyed seeing the moon rise by the sea, with the view of the sand dunes.

The resort is in a great location and is very spacious - especially good for families. The pull out sofa was extremely nice, better than the typical sofa bed. Location is great right on the beach!

When we checked in the check-in staff was not helpful at all - he acted as if we were bothering him by checking in. I ask for two extra blankets and he said he would have to check to see if there were any available - and acted completely annoyed. Eventually two blankets were delivered to our room.

Our door looked like it had been kicked in. Loud group of people above us. When they walked it sounded like they were stomping.

Great views. Clean environment. Great family environment! Good customer service!

Everything was great! The only thing needed is updated smart tvs so we can have access to streaming services, like Hulu and Netflix!

Water front, Central green area with picknic tables around it and a shared propanegrille every other table. Very clean. Switchedout towels mid stay with no extra charge. Good amount of parking. Handicap access to private beach. Indoor and outdoor pools looked in good shape and I saw staff cleaning and checking it 2-3x oer day. Stairs to 2nd floor are not steep and have rails. Everyone gets a furnished patio with hooks to hang wet items. Suites have 2 tv’s: one in sitting/dining area and 1 in bedroom & bathrooms had double sinks.

I was greeted warmly. I was amazed at the size of the room. I was more like a small apt. Bedroom size was spacious. With a TV. Lots of plugs everywhere for charging. The kitchen had a two burner stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The eating and sitting area was good size. There was a TV and a timed fireplace. The bathroom was spacious and the shower included hand rails and a seat. There was an outdoor patio area where you could eat or just sit. The beach was a walk away.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Cute ocean front property. Clean and comfortable condominium style apartments. We stayed in a row of apartments separated from the main complex which was nice bc it was quieter with no children. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice. Plenty of in service grills. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Nice hotel in good location in heart of Cape Cod. Many beaches easily reachable by car. Spacious, well equipped room.

They wanted to give us the worst room of the hotel first, and I had to complain a better one. Beds are not very comfortable. Cleaning is lacking in places. No sound insulation from the parking lot.

There was a strong sewer smell every morning in the unit? I complained last year about the same thing. Nobody even responded to me? Fix the problem!

It was very close to the beach. I loved that!

There was a problem with our bill and the front desk person had to reach out to someone else to resolve it. In the end, the problem was fixed bit for some reason we were being charged an extra night, and shouldn't have been.
