it was clean and a great value

The GPS machine took me to 221 Main St. however the guest lodge is on old Main Street 221 so you may have a booking.com contact the property and get an accurate location for the hotel because I got lost getting there

We stayed here before because of the great room and services that we received on our first visit. We booked this one rather last minute because we wanted to return to the area this summer. This room wasn't as updated and as clean as our first one but that's okay given the price. The pool was great, the price was great, and the staff is always excellent. We will be back

The bathroom could use an update but I suppose that's why this room was at a very affordable price. Plus, the room's location is in the back of the hotel, which is not ideal, but we weren't looking for great views as we were not staying in the room. We just needed a place to crash to explore local activities. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable.

The location was excellent. Close to beaches and attractions. The pool was great. The size of the room was perfect for a family of four. The additional table was very helpful when we had to order food.

The room had a slight smell. Also, the outdoor seating area was not very big. And the parking was very tight.

Handicapped accessible. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and owner. Free Coffee, tea, ice, and microwave in lobby. Sunny room overlooking sunny pool area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean towels and linens. Loved the decor and layout. Perfect for eating in room with a seperate desk area and mini fridge. ( No freezer). Comfortable club chair to sit in. Large tv. Right off Rte 28, in the middle of Cape and easy access to everything to do on Cape.

Bathrooms need bleach cleaning.

Room was incredibly clean. We are in our upper 50's and a good mattress is so important to us in order to get a good nights sleep. The mattress was new and most comfortable. Even better than found in high end hotels. The sheets were high quality. Don'[t get me wrong, this is a budget hotel but your looking for a hotel for a good nights sleep and clean, this one is for you.

TV automatically went off after a few hours. I like to sleep with the TV on low and it was a bit disturbing to have to get up in the middle of the night to turn back on. Also, the TV only goes up to 37. This made it hard for us "hard of hearing" people to hear.

Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a king-size bed, fridge, table and chairs, and reasonable size TV. The staff were friendly and looked after us well. The pool, although older, was well-maintained and a pleasure to do some light swimming in.

Getting on to the road from the Guest Lodge can be a bit tricky at times.

Good location great location

I plugged my phone charger in by dresser didn’t remove it when we went out and when we returned the phone wire gone and the charger box thrown behind dresser only one in room was cleaning person I looked all around room to not find phone wire I went to speak to owner about it and he basically dismissed the situation. I believe the phone box was beyond dresser because wire was stolen. Thank u Alison Ferguson

Room was clean and bed mattress was firm. Nice small fairly new refrigerator that also included a small freezer. Front office person was pleasant.

Typical old Cape motel. Clean and old but good value for the cost. Just don't expect a Marriott if you're going to most older motels on the Cape. Satisfied based on realistic expectations.

This will be home away from home every year. Best value on cape cod. The suite had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was so clean. And the hotel was centrally located to everything. I’m so in love with this hotel . Can’t wait for next year.

Nothing it was perfect

Staff very friendly and professional. Bed was comfortable. Room very clean with everything needed.

Expected breakfast but only prewrapped takeaway items provided. Not really a problem. The coffee was good, but larger cups would have been easier.
