We've never stayed at a Red Roof Plus before - but we've never traveled with a doggie before either! We arrived tired and late, but the front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming, helping us get extra sheets and towels. The room was pristinely clean, which is more important to us that sumptuous furniture and amenities. The comforters, pillows, and linens were nice, though the towels were a little thin. The bed was comfy, and the kind suite was incredibly spacious. We liked having the coffeemaker in the morning and Dunkin Donuts just next door.

Fluffier towels would have been nice, but the ones we had were clean and serviceable.

The room was spacious, clean, with a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker that make comfortable in room self prepared breakfast, snaks or dinner.

was expensive for a motel( one day was a Thursday, the second -the Friday before the LanborDay weekend). Couldn’t open the window to get fresh air. When ould be desirable to have better phonic insulation between rooms.

My daughter lives in Natick and when I come to visit her I don’t need anything fancy; just a room that is convenient to her apartment. The Red Roof Inn+ is just that place.

What you see is what you get. It’s a simple room at an affordable price that is conveniently located. No breakfast. No pool. Just a room.

Only there a few hours having got the Logan Express bus. Desk was manned even though we arrived at 1am, which was great. Bed was comfortable, and although the room and facilities were a bit basic everything worked and met simple standards of cleanliness. Room was cool when we arrived, which was important in the heat.

Air conditioning had left a large pool of water on the floor. Once mopped up with one of the provided towels this was not an issue.

Helpful and friendly staff, centrally located, comfortable beds, great wifi, peaceful and quiet. We stayed for a week and found the other extended guests very friendly like a tight, little community. We felt very safe.

No microwave or fridge. Too much traffic, hard to enter the road during rush-hour.

the room was surprisingly attractive and comfortable. There was a sage in the room for valuables. The beds were comfortable, there was a desk and office chair.

Our room was on the upper level with no elevator so you had to drag your suitcase up the stairs. No refrigerator or microwave, but none expected at this price.

I liked the neat appearance of the facility and the clean room. The room is not so large but was comfortable enough. There are a shopping mall, a supermarket, a gas station, and restaurants nearby. Very easy access to I-90 and to the Boston area.

Nothing in particular. It's not Ritz but a regular good inexpensive motel.

Fridge was a bit small, could have used the next size up which would have been more useful. These usually have a small freezing space which would have allowed us to keep our "blue ice" frozen for our return trip home and not needed to use your Ice Machine for three gallon bags of ice for our return trip.

provide fresh towels every other day, make sure ice machine is working, make sure the on demand feature on TV is working

It was a fairly good location for my visit to the nearby national wildlife refuge. Dunkin' Donuts across the parking lot. The staff people are very helpful.

No microwave, no refrigerator, no breakfast, but the desk clerk will heat up food you bring with you.
