Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Natick

This is my second time staying at the Residence Inn Natick. The first time - during covid - did not permit me to experience the very nice buffet breakfast in a spacious sitting room with plenty of vegan options. The suite itself s comfortable with a separate closing door in the bedroom to keep out hall noise. The bathroom is nice enough and again, spacious with good products and ample linens. The air conditioning unit continues to be problematic as it's old and noisy. I should have slept with the window open, even though it faces traffic on the street below. The big bonus is the EV car charger right outside, offered free to guests and I will continue to stay here just because of that reason. This sets it apart from other properties including other Residence Inns.

The air conditioning unit is the only downside to a nice hotel with friendly people.

The property was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. My family stayed for ten days while visiting family. The staff made sure we had clean towels at all times, and plenty of pillows and blankets. The staff was definitely the best out of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Super welcoming, and friendly. There were many staff members I talked to on a daily basis because they were just genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be back to this property for vacation next year.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel

Facility.appeared new, very well kept. Room was spacious, clean and we'll appointed. Full kitchen was a nice bonus, although I didn't utilize. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciated elevator requiring room key scan for use as a safety measure. Complimentary breakfast offered.a wide array of options, something for everyone.

Noticed upon arrival both garbage/recycling receptacles we're overflowing. Did mention to desk staff, who stated that there was a staff member whose job it was to monitor, and they were expected to address. We arrived approximately 8-8:30 on a Saturday evening, we were hungry and we're advised that there was a limited, cold menu available at the bar area. Ordered a turkey wrap, which was very salty, but appreciated the fact that there was something available in the hotel at that time of day.

Clean, new facility staffed by people who seem to care about the satisfaction of their guests. Spacious, well-appointed suite that made us wish we’d spent more time there rather than at other places in the area. Two L2 charging stations for EVs that need to be activated by RFID cards kept at the front desk (just ask for the card when you are checking in). Breakfast was excellent. The facility is very near an entrance to the Mass Pike

There wasn’t really anything much o find fault in. The breakfast coffee was a little hard to find the first time …?

We enjoyed the spacious room, modern design, and premium-quality materials everywhere. The sofa bed was excellent.

The air conditioner was broken so we had one hot and uncomfortable night. I called in to ask for maintenance at 11:00 pm and until 6:00 pm the next day, it was not fixed. But after we called again Richard came and fixed it like a Pro. He is the best.

The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean. The staff there was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I wish we had to stay longer than one night!

The fold out couch that we were going to use for our son had dirt bits all over the mattress pad so we decided to just keep it closed up and then covered the whole thing in sheets and blankets that were provided.

The gym is good with lots of machines, free weights, and barbells. Open 24 hours to use.

I couldn’t connect my kindle. Also, tv had very few choices other than sports. I don’t like to use my Netflix account when I travel and the general tv show choices were not good for those of us that don’t want to watch endless sports.

The property was very well maintained. I really liked their entrance with the hanging plants on the wall! It was a warm welcoming area with the fire place lit and all of the beautiful lighting fixtures throughout.

One minor thing would be that you do not have multiple heating/cooling thermostats to control temps in the bedroom and the living room/kitchen area leaving the bedroom quite cool and the living/kitchen too warm.

The hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean! We needed a place to stay after landing at Logan from a trip to London. We did not want to drive an additional 4 hours home. The residence Inn was in the perfect location. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, rooms were immaculate, there was ample parking and the staff were super helpful. The a/c worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for the price. I liked that this hotel was less than half an hour from Logan Airport, as I was flying out the next day.

There was nothing of concern, it was a lovely stay.
