The location was great! The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities you need. There is even a nice outdoor patio area to enjoy.

Two things. A minor issue was the ice machine on the floor wasn’t working and getting in very late at night I didn’t want to searching for another one. More major, at breakfast there was a guest who was clearly having some type of issue and acting erratically. I never saw any staff come over to deal with it so guests and employees were left to listen to her and be concerned how she may escalate.

Breakfast was fine. They had several nice options. We ended up just having coffee and muffins though opting to go for an early lunch so that we would not be rushed given the approaching check out hour.

We could not seem to moderate the room temperature enough. While we could turn it down, we could not turn it down enough to make us as comfortable as we would have liked. We all like to sleep with it a little cooler and we couldn't turn down the temperature sufficiently. I would understand that in the summer, but in the winter you'd think they'd be happy not to have us use as much energy to heat the room, but we didn't have sufficient control over the thermostat.

The direct location next to Gillette Stadium and all the shopping and restaurants at Patriot place

The fact that they price gouged because of the Dead & Company concert. Room is typically $170 instead of the $700 they charged us, and they wouldn’t allow me to buy the metal table from our room and management hasn’t replied to my request on how I could obtain one as they promised. Full disclosure I asked how much it would be it I just walked out the door with it :-)

super clean, rooms are modern and comfortable. We stayed in a King Deluxe with view and had a beautiful view of Gillette. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and room overall was impeccably clean. The fragrance they use in the lobby is so clean and smells awesome!

The pillows……just not my style. They are feather and just super soft with no support

Perfect location for Patriots or Revolution games. Patriot Place is so clean and walkable. Even with the rain we had a great time. The pool was clean and area well kept. The room was spotless. No detail was ignored.

Nothing. They can't change the weather so I have no complaints.

We stayed for an event at Gillette Stadium. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the stadium and plenty of food and shopping choices in the area. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had to pay for parking due the event and there was no complimentary breakfast. I would have liked to see some small perks to offset the cost other than location

I liked that the room was good size and set up to maximize the space. Perfect location for attending events at Gillette Stadium.

Extra fee for game day parking, shower head needed cleaning, and they cleaned our room even with out “come back later” door sign hanging. certainly pricey but understandable for the location

The location was fantastic with so much activity, live music, restaurants, etc directly connected outside of the property. The hotel was secured with a cop inside of the lobby - I felt safe!

Everything you would need was within walking distance.

The food had a lot to be desired. Chefs are needed to provide delicious and appealing food. I saw leaving the hotel to go elsewhere to eat.

Closeness to Gillette Stadium made it quick and convenient to attend a game and enjoy everything Patriot Place has to offer.
