I love the whole look of the room/suite and how everything is placed. Loved the shower, the beds were comfy - couch that turned into beds was comfy , the tv was turnable so you may watch it in the living area / work space location or you may turn it and watch it where the beds are located. Loved the walk in closet with lots of space to put your stuff in and since I traveled with my mom and son I was also able to have some privacy in there and change quickly while my son used the bathroom. It was a peaceful atmosphere, staff was courteous and helpful. Pool was heated and perfect temperature! Big and clean. Whole Room was clean as well!!! Complimentary Breakfast was yummy and there was a bar open (we went on a Wednesday) we will be back here very soon it exceeded our expectations.

Excellent hotel for the value. Loved the furniture and art. Very close to Gillette Stadium and the Patriot's Hall of Fame. Suite/bedroom design excellent, super clean, well appointed, beds great, loved the big clean bathroom with walk in shower. Walk in closet nice surprise. Staff helpful and smiling. Pool great size, temp perfect, clean, modern furniture. Breakfast food was simple but hot and fresh. Many choices. Area very clean. My family has not one negative or how to imrprove. We will chose this hotel again when in the area.

There was an infestation of Pharoah Ants in the bathroom. Generally they are difficult to eliminate unless the nest is found and destroyed. They need to bring in a pest contol expert as simple spraying will not get rid of the problem.

Nice newer bldg. Spacious, well appointed rooms.Towels look & smell very clean. Bathroom very clean. Windows open a few inches for fresh air if wanted. Room stays pretty dark with curtain closed. AC not too loud. Decent breakfast if there between 6:30-7:30. Don't whine if you get there later. Overall staff friendly and attentive. Can't comment on gym or pool. Noon checkout is nice. TV pulls out on folding arm and angles in various directions.

Back of Bldg is right next to I 495 with 6 lanes. Very loud traffic most of the day. Try to stay frontside if noise is an issue for you. Carpet not vacuumed very well. Felt dirt and pebbles when barefoot, and bathroom floor a slight bit sticky, but didn't look dirty. Could be residual soap. Bed firm, not bad, but I like a soft bed. No bottled water & odd TV placement, but that's nitpicking.

The pool towels are ridiculous. They are far too small. The hotel itself was clean but the garbage receptacles near the elevators on guest floors need to be emptied more than once a day. They fill up quickly and overflow.

The cleaning service never cleaned our room. It was supposed to be cleaned every other day but it was never touched. Always had to ask at the front desk for towels which was never a problem. It just would have been nice to have the room replenished and cleaned as stated that it would be.

It would be wonderful to have a booklet in the room with local restaurants and attractions. There are many choices that easily go missed when someone isn't familiar with the area.

Breakfast was a good continental breakfast. Very clean, and always full of items to choose from. Unfortunately as you get to be of age, you can not acquire any breakfast on the run. I have to now becareful what i eat. How good it is to be young. Lol. The one thing, i must say is the designs of the room. Ample. Perfectly thought out for each sq. ft. Overall, did not feel enclosed or overwhelm. And the beds, best sleep ever. Love the mattress , forgot to ask the brand name. And yes i would return to that Hotel and ask for that room, on a rainy day.

I wish there was a laundry/washer room near by in which i can wash clothes.
