The location was great. Breakfast, I never saw any breakfast. Maybe the other guest were up before I was. That was fine as we actually had our own food. We did get coffee. The staff was excellent, friendly and caring. It's to bad they have to deal with some kind of people at times.

I honestly believe that there should be no pets allowed. Some people just cannot follow the rules and the staff aren't babysitters or can follow them around to be sure they are picking up after their pet! I found myself picking up litter. There are plenty of barrels in the area. There is no excuse. Guess it happens everywhere.

I was nervous at first from reading all the bad reviews but once I got there, it was actually pretty nice for the price I paid. The room was clean and I liked that there were lots of storage and a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Bathroom was very spacious. Definitely a step up from a road-side motel.

There was no one at check-in for a while so just stood around for a bit. 1 of my 2 key cards didn't work. The bed and pillows were a little stiff but still not too bad. People cook in their rooms and you could smell it in the hallway, which is not necessarily a bad thing, it just feels more like a condo/apartment than a hotel.

Room was nicely cleaned upon arrival, and all needed amenities were provided by the hotel. The concierge at the desk on the evening I arrived, Jesus, was very helpful. Convenient parking was always available.

Not the hotel's fault--the family in the neighboring room had a very loud toddler who would begin screaming at around 6-7am and not stop until easily 11pm. Unsure if there's a way to soundproof for business travelers who need to get up in the early morning.

Breakfast isn't enough. It should be more than granola bars and coffee. And it's not a late enough time where you can get breakfast it ends too early

The cleanliness of the room and bed. Customers should be able to use cleaning supplies to be able to clean the room to their expectation. The price to stay here is too much money.

The staff, specifically, Peri was absolutely wonderful. she was poised and accommodating and I can’t speak highly enough about her. We arrived hours early to prepare for a wedding and although housekeeping was short staffed (per usual everywhere it seems) Peri made sure we were able to check in early so we would make the wedding on time. very pleasant. very comfortable. close to everything. we’ll definitely be returning ☺️

staff is very helpful and friendly

the portable shower head was missing and the phone didn’t work. manager came with a new phone advised of the missing shower head got maintenance to fix it but the portable shower head was different and had no where to be held onto. had to ask for silverware and pots and stuff didn’t need the pots and stuff bought plastic stuff. couldn’t swap out dirty towels with housekeeping had to return them to front desk. should have an option to have daily cleaning for shorter stays.

Family member lives in Hudson, so this hotel was very close to his home.

We booked the stay on Booking.com. We booked two rooms it was late at night. When we arrived only one room was available. The night person was very accomodating and got the second room ready in a very short period of time. He was very professional.

I didn’t do breakfast as I brought my French press. I asked for a hairdryer and a pot to boil water in and a coffee cup. All were readily available by the pleasant staff!

Really nothing because my needs were met! I will be staying here in the future as my family lives down the road.

Katie was very accommodating and exceptionally pleasant works well under pressure as the amount of high volume for a busy weekend she was the best!

no pool…..should invest in some leasire areas where you can sit in a garden or pool or study(library) 🥰🥰🥰🥰🤷🏻‍♀️😍

Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Kitchenette was useful.

Beds are small (double bed), smell of cigarette on the main floor, wished we knew ahead of time that the kitchen didn't have anyting, we would have brought from home. Even though reception lent us the main kitchen supplies, we would have brought more had we know. Same for laundry, make sure to bring your own detergent, none for sale in the hotel. We borrowed some that was there, don't know if it belonged to someone or to the hotel? Breakfast was basically coffee, muffins wrapped individually and granola bars.
